Writing to inform my experience with Jersey's Elite Cleaning. I purchased a couch from a friend and…read moreshe contacted this company to have it cleaned after I purchased it from her. The owner agreed to come to my house after I accepted delivery to clean it. The worker inspected the couch and told them they would be able to clean it on a Thursday, 24 October between 1300-1400. I agreed. The following day they did now show up by 1400 so they were contacted and the worker said they had to stay home from work to tend to a sick child (remember this). The owner of the company contacted me and said they did not receive my address and that's why they did not show up (keep that in mind. More later). They did not call to reschedule. I called them to find out why they did not show (the company had already been paid by the original owner of the couch). They set up a time the following day (25 October) to come clean it and I agreed. During the clean, one of the workers let part of my sectional slip and it hit my wall making a dent in the drywall (see pictures). They never told me about it or said they will make it right. I asked the worker at the end "hey, what about the hole in the wall?" They said they had contacted the owner and he will fix it. They stated they sent him pictures of the damages. I had to call the owner the following day to receive a response. He asked to come the following day to look at it by 1800 and he never showed. I contacted him (text message so I can have proof) on Tuesday, 29 October and he said he had a funeral to go to (sorry for your loss). The owner didn't try to call and reschedule and has been giving me the run around since. He asked when I would be available, I responded and then he messaged back five hours later with a vague response, saying he was in another city. He did not request a different time or day. The couch was cleaned in the sitting area well. However, I did attach pictures showing what damage they left and what they did not clean. Dog hair was left on the back of the couch in the Velcro. Hair and debris was left in the cup holders and storage area. They also asked to use my towels during the clean? The owner said that was their normal procedure, "it's just water." The two workers that came were very nice and respectful (with the exception of the damages). Recommendation: check their work before they leave and DO NOT PAY THEM until they complete the job to your satisfaction. I would NEVER use them again, personally. Watch out for the sales pitch the company tries to use.

Initially a great company. Quick response got us in quick. Carpets were not super clean after -…read moredefinitely not the best most high quality option. Used something similar to what we had at home to clean our carpets. Smell did not come out and they said to let them know and they would come back out. Texted back and forth 3 times and he said they would get us in. After a week I texted them again and he said he'd get us on the schedule by Saturday. Never heard another thing. Ended up cleaning our carpets with our home carpet cleaner and the water was black . This was in a room we haven't used because of the carpet issue's , so it wasn't a high traffic room. Didn't expect it to be so dirty right after being cleaned professionally. I emailed and texted once more to see if they'd come back out and heard nothing. We just had another company come today and it was much more high quality equipment and actually steam cleaned.

When I questioned them on their page about this I was blocked. Extremely unprofessional and I'm pretty sure they lied to me saying all equipment was ruined in a wreck and they were unsure when they would get new, and that's the reason why they just didn't show up or contact me for a day after the scheduled cleaning. Even tho a few days after this conversation they were posting on fb about cleaning specials and taking reservations.

They vacuumed the basement and turned on the "clean" setting for the stove (didn't even clean the ash out when the cycle finished). That's it. $500 for a vacuum in 1 room and to turn on the stove. We were very clear about all floors, windows, walls, ceilings, vents, drawings, cabinets, you know... the works. We ended up cleaning ourselves since the move in date was soon and we have infant twins. Talked with the manager and they refused to give refund for basically no services rendered. They offered 2 free cleanings, which is a joke, because they didn't do anything the first time. Why would we hire them again? Terrible company, poor service, and unprofessional management. Edit: Looks like they also have friends write counter reviews, lol.
