This is a horrible people who are very Lazy with their business. Those 5 stars reviews they got is from their relatives. My worse experience of filing tax of my life with them. They over charged me $300 for a single file w-2 tax. On top of that they lied to me that they filed my tax already. I called IRS the last day to check and they confirmed that nothing has filed. I called them and they told me they are doing it on the last day of filing and last minutes. Also they did not try to get any deductions for me. Lazy people doing the last minute on the last day of filing tax. Also they sent an email out to their customers at 7:30pm on the last day to let them know to file their tax. How crazy is that?? The Bank closed at 5pm, for those for does not know much about technology and want to do payment plan with check, they will get late with penalty on the payment plan.
