I was given less than 24 hours notice about a court-mandated deadline on a case I was paying them to manage. When I raised this concern, the response from the case assistant was essentially that the firm had followed its process and was not at fault. While I understand that courts operate on their own timelines, basic client communication is the bare minimum expectation from a law firm. Being informed of a financial obligation the day before it's due is not acceptable. When I requested a full refund given the poor experience, I was offered only a partial refund -- which I also found inadequate given the circumstances. I came to Ticket Crushers based on strong word-of-mouth recommendations and genuinely wanted this to work. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and accountability fell well short of what any paying client should expect.
