Went over what had happened and the person not only never gave his name but never listened to what the issue was. I gave my name and phone number and then he asked me what it was regarding. I had already told him what it was regarding and he wasn't even listening. He asked if it was about traffic and I had already told him it was about my goats getting out after someone stole part of our fence. It was supposed to be a traffic infraction and I had recieved a letter in the mail moving it to criminal and going from an infraction to a misdemeanor.
