I was given the understanding that their team would handle the ticket and that I would not be left with this financial burden. Unfortunately, that is not what happened. The final result was that the ticket was not dismissed, and I was left with a $517 fine and traffic school. Their own case results confirm that the officer would not amend the citation and that the court imposed the $517 fine. At this point, I am out $240 for their service and still have to pay the full $517 fine and complete traffic school. If I had been told upfront that this would be the outcome, I would never have paid $240 for the service. I could have handled traffic school myself. What bothers me most is that I specifically asked about this before paying and relied on the answers I received. I have now requested a refund because I do not feel I received what I was led to believe I was paying for. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company get everything in writing before paying and make sure they clearly understand what happens if the ticket is not dismissed. My experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the amount of money I am now responsible for paying.
