I tried a generous two-scoop with flavors that struck the perfect balance between creamy richness and fresh-taste. Free tastings were offered, so you can sample before committing -- always a plus. The shop feels well cared for and locally loved -- it's evident this isn't just chain ice cream; it's a local gem. For families or groups: there's seating inside, and the area is pleasant for walking around to the fountain across the street, weather pending. A few tips: Because it's so popular, especially on warm evenings, expect a bit of a line during peak times. Some flavors might rotate or sell out -- go early if you're eyeing a specific one. We had a delicious sweet treat and was impressed by the large variety of options! read more

Ice cream is a wonderful thing and Tic Toc Ice Cream Parlor knows how to make ice cream. They have a lot of different flavors, about seven different sundaes, single scoops, double scoops, milkshakes, waffle cones, cake cones, and more. In the heart of downtown Loudon, right across from the fountain, the Tic Toc Ice Cream parlor is the first effect spot after shopping the many stores in downtown, or after school, or a ballgame. Prices are very reasonable with sundaes at about $6.00-$8.00, and ice cream cones at $4.25, for a single scoop. Keep your n mind it is handmade and in a downtown retail location. Okay so it is too hot for ice cream due to the thick milk consistency. That's just a me thing! So when I went here I ordered the tax lemonade sorbet!!! That is amazing!!! Super refreshing and quenches your thirst from the humidity. My daughter got the chocolate ice cream and I took a bite and it was yummy very rich. My husband got the watermelon sorbet and it's refreshing the watermelon is not as strong in flavor as the blue raz lemonade but sooo good. We will be frequent flyers! read more

Great local spot with good ice cream. They are seasonal ( close down for winter time). But great place right down town to get ice cream. Have seasonal flavors and great milkshakes. Can be a bit pricey but worth it. Can get busy in summer time but have plenty of space outside around downtown area to sit and eat. Great service as well. read more

Awesomeness! Amazing nostalgia and the icecream is perfect. Every time I'm in Loudon,.this is my go to spot. Chase is a very polite and courteous young man and his family is a credit to our community. I promise you'll love it and the prices are more than reasonable. The atmosphere is spot on vintage and I know vintage. This is an icecream shop from my youth and I'm 70 years old. Can't say enough about it. Respectfully, Grandpa Will read more

Is it possible to knock off a star because it's too good? What I mean is that the ice cream at tic toc is completely artisan and creative and such..but it's so rich it'll give you pucker face. Take the chocolate. I enjoy it but it's way way way too rich. I couldn't even finish it (that's a first). I call this adult ice cream and not the kind for kiddos. AND YET! You have to have to have to have to have to have to come and visit this place! It's a must-do in Loudon. Stop in a grab a cone and then go sit and people-watch at the fountain. It's a thing. Or stay inside if it's too hot. The nostalgic interior has been restored wonderfully. It's charming fixtures and historic photos on the wall will give you a lesson in history and transport you back in time. Either way, you have to stop in and pay homage at this tried and true ice cream parlor. read more

Tic Toc Ice Cream Parlor - We shared. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Loudon, Tennessee

Stopped in for dessert after eating BBQ across the street. There was one employee at the counter. We ordered some basic sundaes which he made for us We then sat at the stools by the window and ate the sundaes there. The ice cream was good and the place appeared clean. We will definitely be back when we are in the area. read more

Oh my goodness AWESOME! While traveling looked up HOMEMADE Ice cream and went to TIC TOC Ice Cream shop. It was the REAL DEAL! High quality ingredients. Wide variety of flavors. Sweet old fashion shop and staff! Had classic Chocolate that was deep rich velvety goodness in a waffle cone. Also Coconut Almond Chip (think Almond Joy deliciousness) in a waffle cone. Usually we get 2 scoops but not here. The scoop was big! Ahhh ice cream euphoria! A MUST go to!! Support local business *** After stopping for ice cream Just down the street 322 Grove St. DO visit Serendipity Boutique. Best kept secret ever. Stylish Hip Beautiful clothes! Amazing ice cream. The girls working the counter are awesome! Super service. Great place!

We have stopped here twice for their home made ice cream which is very good. First time ordered the regular (2 scoops) Turtle Sundae and second time ordered a regular Hot Fudge Sundae. Both times the same guy made it. He dribbles some chocolate around the rim and sides of the Styrofoam container and unbelievably that is the only chocolate you get! The price is $6.42 for two scoops which is reasonable for a "treat" but really - if it calls for chocolate then PUT SOME CHOCOLATE IN IT AND NOT JUST DRIBBLED DOWN THE SIDE! We won't go back. read more

Great ice cream in a cute cozy spot. Staff was very nice and so many flavors to choose from.

Delicious!! Great place to enjoy a cold treat anytime! Courteous and helpful staff.

Delicious, creamy ice cream was frozen, not melting! I mentioned that because every ice cream place we've been to in Knoxville, the ice cream is so soft, it's dripping as soon as its handed to you! The prices are great! The girls working there were so nice! I had a double scoop, rocky road on the bottom and chocolate chip on top in a waffle cone. The chocolate chip was perfect! The rocky road didn't have marshmallows or nuts in it. It had bits of chocolate. I don't think it was rocky road, but it was good. I live in Halls, but I'd go here in a heartbeat for a quality ice cream cone! read more

Worth the drive to the old town section of Loudon, not only is this place in a neat historical spot, the ice cream is excellent. They mix their own flavors and offer liberal portions. It's like a fancy old ice cream shop. I recommend the blackberry cobbler ice cream; it's a flavor unique to this place. They also have sundaes, milkshakes and coffee. The sign on their door indicates that Tic Toc is open every day from 12 noon to 10 pm. They are closed all winter. closed winter 12-10 every day read more
