Nice little ice cream parlor! Take a look at that pic. That's a two scoop mint chocolate chip in a cup, which was more than enough for both my wife and me. Suffice it to say, it was delicious! Friendly service as well!

It's a fun destination for ice cream and sorbet, including cups, cones, sundaes, and milkshakes. When the shop gets busy, it's crowded but worth it.

Beautiful little ice cream parlor and delicious choices! My whole family enjoyed it and it was filled with people of all ages. Decor is adorable and reminiscent of a by-gone era. In an age of mass produced ice cream, this place is a gem.

Is it possible to knock off a star because it's too good? What I mean is that the ice cream at tic toc is completely artisan and creative and such..but it's so rich it'll give you pucker face. Take the chocolate. I enjoy it but it's way way way too rich. I couldn't even finish it (that's a first). I call this adult ice cream and not the kind for kiddos. AND YET! You have to have to have to have to have to have to come and visit this place! It's a must-do in Loudon. Stop in a grab a cone and then go sit and people-watch at the fountain. It's a thing. Or stay inside if it's too hot. The nostalgic interior has been restored wonderfully. It's charming fixtures and historic photos on the wall will give you a lesson in history and transport you back in time. Either way, you have to stop in and pay homage at this tried and true ice cream parlor.

From the second I walked in, the place sparkled like fresh powder after a snowstorm. Floors so clean you could drop a scoop and still debate the five-second rule (don't worry, I didn't... probably). The young lady behind the counter was an absolute ice-cream whisperer--all smiles, quick scoops, and just the right amount of helpfulness. She guided me through 24 frosty flavor peaks, complete with seasonal fall specials that practically screamed sweater weather and cinnamon dreams. After some intense flavor reconnaissance, I settled on the Carrot Cake ice cream--and let me tell you, that decision deserves its own victory flag at the summit. It's rich, creamy, perfectly spiced, and tastes like someone turned Grandma's dessert into a frozen miracle. Prices? Shockingly reasonable. There are also stalls on the back side of the building. There is one ordering sign between each pair of stalls, so you make sure you are on the correct side if you do not have passenger. The menu is pretty extensive. There are several burger options along with hot dogs and chicken sandwiches. The prices are very good, especially for the baskets which include fries. Oh, and they only take cash so make sure you stop at the ATM before you drop by. When you are ready to order, push the green button. The server answered immediately and read back out order afterwards. Our food came out in about ten minutes. It was served in a bag with lots of ketchup packets as well as some salt packets. There was only one carhop and she was quite busy but greeted us with a smile and made sure we had all we needed. Unfortunately, both burgers were average at best. The double cheeseburger had two thin meat patties which had little to no taste. The veggies were fresh and crisp and the bun was fresh and soft, but the meat simply did not add anything to the sandwich. The Carl's Fat burger was no different. The meat patty was thicker but really did not have much taste. The curly fries and regular fries were pretty good. Both were hot, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. While they were certainly busy and seem to have a large local following, the burgers were a disappointment. This would be a place to stop for fries, and the milkshakes sounded delicious.

His unique flavors vary regularly but all are made from scratch with fresh, natural and genuine ingredients. As others have remarked, his waffle cones and bowls are made fresh right at the time you order your ice cream! His shop is really nice and adds to the enjoyment. In my first visit I had a waffle cone filled with a scoop of white chocolate raspberry and a scoop of mint chip ice creams. Both were wonderful. Chris will also prepare a set of multiple small cups of ice cream so you can enjoy tasting multiple flavors.
