The service wasn't great--slow and inattentive--and the food really missed the mark. It felt like every dish swung to one extreme or the other. The potato appetizer was way too spicy and overly seasoned to the point where it overpowered everything else. The prime rib was a major letdown: overcooked and somehow completely lacking seasoning, which is unforgivable for a dish like that. The mole with the short rib had good flavor, but once again the meat was overcooked, making it tough and disappointing. All in all, the experience was less than meh.
