There was a lot more variety than I ever thought possible for a buffet without meat. One thing I can say is that it is amazing! My husband and I made a reservation online for an igloo. We were greeted and taken to our igloo. It was very nice, we ordered some beverages and an appetizer to start. We got the Arincini to start and oooooohhh myyyy goodness, please get it! It was so yummy, the oooy gooey ness of the rice and mozzarella was exquisite, they also served it with marinara meat sauce! Great combination! The lamb chops were super tender and marinated to perfection. The mashed potatoes were also a hit for us, they use fresh potatoes and whipped it enough to be the perfect amount of creaminess. My hubby bear got the surf and turf, that was exceptional, the lobster and butter just melt in your mouth & the steak was cooked perfectly (medium rare) ;) the only thing was we wished his dish had more meat haha because who wouldn't want more of that yummy goodness. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. Everyone there was super attentive and sweet. One thing that we were a little bummed about was the igloo was a bit cold my toes and fingers were pretty cold. They have a small heater in there but I would advise you to bundle up but the food and service makes up for it all!! Bon appétit!

They market themselves as a "gourmet" catering outfit, and while the selections all sound like in the "fine dining" category, we did not find the dishes we ordered (off the "hors d'oeuvre" and "tea sandwich" menu) for our luncheon anything out of the ordinary. Especially the single cheese platter, for which we paid $247.50 (for 45 people) contained the usual array of cubed and sliced cheeses. Only the little bit of brie would count as a more specialty cheese. So anything but gourmet! In short, pricy for what you get.

We thought they were going to have an omelette station, but the amateur already made for us. They did have some nice fruit options as well. We had a limited, but satisfactory breakfast spread. There was a decent spread for lunch as well. Chicken, veggies, rice, potato and kale and quinoa salad too. The reception was a little bit more food options. They provided the food for the weekly buskers course over 8 weeks. The breakfast omelet, fresh fruit, shrimp cocktail, grilled veggies and chicken were all good.

Everything was absolutely delicious, piping hot and even the veggies were still perfectly crunchy. We had the Chicken Kristina (sundried tomato and basil cream sauce), Palomino pasta (creamy marinara), Bourbon-Maple meatballs, Herb Roasted Redskins, and the Seasonal Vegetable Medley (also salad, dressing and rolls). They bring more than enough food, and we were very lucky and had leftovers, so we got to eat very well for a few days after the wedding. Thanks to everyone at Kristina's Catering! :)

Everything taste absolutely homemade, and the chicken marsala is remarkable! But I have to admit it. It's hard to pull myself away from breakfast every time I go there! And as far as ice cream, sundaes are concerned, save your money going to other places and just finish your hamburger and fries with one of their sundaes or complement it with a shake as you eat your meal! You really feel like part of this neighborhood even if you live somewhere else when you are there because everybody is treated equally with kindness and respect! And sometimes a little bit of joking, the place is always full, but never long to wait for a seat! If you have not yet gone, I urge you very much to go even if you tried one thing on the menu every other week it would take you over a year at least to try every selection. Staff was absolutely fantastic and the manager was nothing but friendly and hospitable. We ordered cheese sticks two kids meals, as well as a cheeseburger and a Reuben. Everything came out as expected. The chicken tenders were way better than we thought that they would be and we recommend getting those. The adult cheeseburger leaves a little bit to be desired. The patty was very thin and left a bit to be desired but the fries and friendly service definitely made up for that. The Ruben was good and the girls loved the tenders and grilled cheese and the cheese sticks. We were greeted as soon as we came in, felt well taken care of, and we will definitely be back.
