Thank you, Northern Michigan Sports Medicine Center!…read more When I went into the Northern Michigan Sports Medicine center in Indian River, I entered physically damaged and in a great deal of pain. I was depressed and exhausted from simultaneously feeling the agony of my injuries, feeling like an invalid, my inability to do so much as tie my shoes or pull my pants up, dealing with the medical paperwork nightmare and from fighting with both my company and the insurance company. I was met from day one with a smile, encouragement and understanding from every single person at the rehab center. Bobbi at the desk was helpful and efficient processing my paperwork as was Donnie, both always asking me how I was doing.  It was wonderful to meet Tanya who evaluated me, explain the process and set my rehab in motion. I was then handed off to Kaylen, Sarah, Tina, Kim and the other Sarah for the long hall. Everyone was not just knowledgeable and competent, their kindness, compassion and professionalism is nothing short of outstanding.  Also importantly ever so gentle with my incredibly painful injury. They all pushed me simultaneously as far as they could and yet at my own pace. They even smiled politely at my boring stories of adventure. Finally, now 12 months after my accident, although unfortunately I will never be 100%, I believe I have recovered as much as could possibly be expected under the circumstances,  I would like to thank every single person in the operation. You were all as Important as my skilled surgeon at fixing me at an incredibly low point in my life.  THANK YOU NORTHERN MICHIGAN SPORTS MEDICINE CENTER! Paul Daniels

I will say that Dr. Kuhlman understood quickly where my pain was located based on misalignment he…read moresaw. He clearly knows something. But after months of enduring the casual misogyny of his chit chat (as one example when I said I did some yard work with a wheelbarrow he told me that was a man's job) and no lasting improvement in my pain, I have come to deeply regret the money and time I spent with him. He wants to tell you about his pride in his son way more than he wants to talk about what he sees with your spine and what steps you might take to help heal and prevent further injury. Spines are vulnerable body parts, and ultimately I found I could not trust him with mine because of his lack of compassion & connection. If you want to just crack and go (and endure boorish chit chat) maybe you'd be happy here, but if you want a compassionate clinician who cares holistically about your wellness, look elsewhere.

I'm not someone who jumps from doctor to doctor looking for the next health trend. I've spent…read moredecades studying wellness, nutrition, and personal development, and I thought I had a pretty good handle on my health. But working with Dr. Lisa Fortin at ReYouvenate completely changed my understanding of what true health optimization actually looks like. When I first began working with Dr. Fortin, my body was clearly telling me something was off. Like so many women navigating midlife, hormones, stress, inflammation, and metabolism had all quietly shifted. I was doing all the "right things," yet my body simply wasn't responding the way it used to. Dr. Fortin didn't just look at symptoms -- she looked deeper. Her approach focuses on what is happening at the cellular level, from mitochondrial function to inflammation to metabolic signaling. Instead of a one-size-fits-all plan, she created a thoughtful protocol for me that included hormone optimization and carefully selected peptides designed to support healing and repair. The results have honestly been remarkable. Over the past several months I've lost just over 30 pounds, but more importantly my body feels completely different. The inflammation that had been quietly building is gone. My energy is back. My mind feels clear again. My metabolism finally feels like it's working with me instead of against me. For the first time in a long time, I truly feel like myself again. What I appreciate most about Dr. Fortin is how deeply she understands the science while still caring deeply about the person sitting in front of her. She is one of those rare physicians who is truly ahead of the curve in longevity medicine, yet she takes the time to explain what your body is experiencing and how to support it properly. ReYouvenate is doing some incredible things in the world of quality longevity and regenerative health, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be under her care. I'm already looking forward to my next trip back to Michigan to spend more time at the clinic -- and yes, I absolutely plan to experience some of the facial rejuvenation protocols everyone is talking about as well as all of the other incredible therapies she offers. Working with Dr. Fortin has been one of the best health decisions I've made in a VERY long time. To finally find a doctor that listens to understand just takes it to a whole new level. I spent a couple of years hurting, wanting to stay physically active, but being restricted because of back pain. I discussed my issues with my primary doctor and my pain management physician. I scheduled steroid injections. I spent time doing physical therapy. Then, I found Dr. Gaunt. Hands down, one of the best decisions I've made regarding my health.
