This one had a good selection of jewelry and some of the best prices, especially compared to Tuba City, Cameron, and Sedona. Some of the items they carry are not especially unique and can be found in other stores, but the prices here are good. The sales people were very helpful and I was able to find exactly the ring that I was looking for at a reasonable price (under $50). Many rings are sold all over the Southwest, but not so many like the one I wanted, which is a little old-fashioned and has beautiul silverwork. I was trying to buy a ring to go with an older turquoise, coral, and silver cuff I inherited from my mother. Later I realized that the prices here were really very good, so if you can find what you want here, buy it!

In a short amount to time James determined that our fridge cooling unit was not bad as diagnosed by the first mechanic. He felt certain that several factors were contributing to our fridge not getting as cold as it should. One, it was very hot in UT the week we were there simply causing our fridge to work harder than normal. Two, our thermomister was not in the optimal position within our refrigerator. Took him about 15 seconds to correct. Finally, he suggested we add a second 12V cooling fan to help dissipate the warm air. He was quite certain that our fridge/freezer would work fine as we continued our trip North into cooler temps. None of these points were made by the first mechanic who literally spent three minutes determining that we needed a completely new fridge. Turns out James was completely right. Our fridge is working perfect even without the second fan. James was professional, competent and very friendly. And he is a veteran for those of us who like supporting veteran-owned businesses. I would recommend him to any fellow RVer transiting through or home-based in UT and in-need to help. And of course to any RVer home-based in UT.

He also did a fantastic job making my friend comfortable with the e-bike instructions, as it was her first time. Called the business line again during business hours, of course, no one answered. Never heard from anyone. May be a small business posing as a bigger business. Highly recommend staying away from Alliance Fire and Safety if you care about your wallet. They…read morework for the equivalent of $900 an hour. There are about 30 hangar owners at the airport that require inspections of the fire extinguishing systems. We priced their "back flow" inspection and found them to be twice the money on a competitor. Thus we chose not to do business with them. However, on the day of inspection they were at the airport going around with the airport authority. We were informed that a "riser" inspection was required. Since this was the day of inspection, and we didn't have time to acquire estimates, I opted to have it done for myself and several other hangar owners. That was a MISTAKE!! I assumed that a riser inspection would be about $60, which is the price of a "back flow" inspection. I was wrong. It was $150. We called Alliance to see if there was some mistake with the billing. There wasn't, and further more they were unwilling to give us a break on the price. They said it was the "going rate" for this inspection. Which I now know NOT to be true. I don't know if they were "gouging" us because they had us in a bind, or if this was their normal price. Either way they are crooks! THIS INSPECTION TOOK LESS THAN 10 MINUTES. It was $150 dollars!!!! THAT IS $900 AN HOUR. I bet you would have a difficult tie finding anyone in St George that makes that rate. Needless to say the other hangar owners were upset with my decision and with Alliance Fire and Safety. I will never use their services again. Right now they have a very bad name at our local airport now. As a result of all this we have been talking to another business to have future inspections done at less than half the price. My advice to you..... STAY AWAY FROM ALLIANCE FIRE AND SAFETY. There are much better prices out there for the same work done.
