The store is overpriced and the workers are unhelpful and grumpy high school/college kids. They must not like their job.

Springdale has lots of souvenir places and this is a really good one for the varied selection of clothing, knick knacks, cups, and gifts. Prices aren't really cheap but souvenirs rarely are; there were some discounted items though. They have an attached ice cream and dessert place (cookies, brownies) with some seating; we had two warmed chocolate cookies (3.99 each) which hit the spot. They also have parking. read more

This place is HUGE! From kids toys to crystals and apparel, this gift shop has it all. Even shoes and gifts for your pet! I spent a good amount of time walking around the store for the right souvenir. I ended up going with a picture frame, christmas ornament and a sweatshirt for my husband. Prices were not actually too bad which surprised me. I gave it four stars because the folks at the register were not that friendly. It felt like a pretty awkward transaction where the lady ringing me up didn't even look at or speak to me. She just rang up the items. So while I had a nice time walking around and checking everything out, I walked out of the store feeling a little turned off. I'd still recommend checking it out, just a note for improvement on the customer service. read more

Great spot if you're looking for some Zion apparel or mementos. The store is quite large and has a LOT of different items. Lots of cool shirt designs, jewelry, stickers, hats, and so much more. Would definitely recommend stopping here even if you already bought something at the Zion gift shop. It's also next door to both an ice cream shop and a great restaurant, so you can cover everything in one stop here. Parking can be tricky, but if you can get a spot central in town, it's not a bad walk. read more

What a well-stocked gift shop full of typical and unique finds. It's pretty huge. Items range from clothing and shoes, to wall decor, to Junior Ranger gear, to jams and jellies, pins, stickers...the list goes on. We dropped a pretty penny here a few times since we were staying at the inn. It's also connected to the bakery, which always smells delicious! Friendly service, and a relatively big parking lot make this a great place to stop when in town! read more

Ice cream, pie, cinnamon roll were all soo good. However service wasn't. The you g girls behind the counter had such an attitude. They were so passive aggressive. It made me feel crazy like I was imagining it but my husband noticed as well. I've worked in customer service for about 5 years when I was younger so I know what it takes to have good customer service skills and they were just not it. I don't know maybe they were tired or over it but that's not an excuse to treat a customer like that. Unfortunately just because the food was good doesn't mean that makes up for the service. I don't know if it's because I'm Hispanic and my husbands white but the way the girls behind the counter kept staring at us me feel so uncomfortable. read more

The owners/workers are not friendly. We went there twice during our trip to Zion and both times we experienced the exact same thing at the register. Cold long stares and no response when we said hello or thank you. I hope it doesn't have anything to do with us being Asian? I'm just hoping that both workers just coincidentally happened to be in a bad mood on two different days. Yes, that's it. We went to Bumbleberry gift shop a couple of days ago and was very disappointed. I had high hopes as the ice cream shop employees were so nice and friendly. The ice cream and Bumbleberry scone was delicious. However, we chose a mug as a keepsake that stated it was $5.99 and some shirts for our granddaughters based on the price of looking at them. Once we paid we were over charged. The lady at the counter is not very friendly and does not apologize at all. She said the items were priced incorrectly. My husband said we chose the mug based on the price, her resolution was to go choose another mug at the 11.99 price. I told her the clothing is not priced correctly on her floor, she dismissed this as the coloring of the shirts have different prices. I didn't want to argue that these were the same colors just different sizes. The three stars is only for the bakery and I would not buy anything at the gift shop. In my experience stores will honor the price they incorrectly listed, I would have accepted an apology or concern for us at minimum. read more

I guess that I actually am giving this place three and a 1/2 stars because I think there are people in the bakery were fantastic. I came in to get a slice of pie for pie day on March 14 and the ladies were helpful with getting the pie and warm it up and putting the ice cream on top. For the store portion of it, I am pretty disappointed that my cup said $1.99 and I was charged $11.99 I did not want to argue at the time and so I just paid it, but I am disappointed in that. **edit-- I added the photo of my receipt a couple of days ago. read more

Next to visiting a national park itself my favorite thing about going to parks is picking up some park themed goodies ! And Bumbleberry Gift Shop was THE spot for me for this while in Springdale visiting Zion. They carry SO many cute t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, stickers, and other items like outdoorsey gear, snacks, etc. I had such a hard time picking out shirts for family from their awesome selection that I just took pictures of the displays and sent them to them so they could them out for themselves. I also got myself a few shirts and sweatshirt for good measure. There's also a really great coffee/ice cream/treat shop attached to the gift shop. I stopped by there one AM for coffee and also got some pastries and the bumbleberry pie bites. All were great! The next day I stopped and got some ice cream, which I also highly enjoyed! Friends and I had traveled from Vegas to do some hiking in Zion for the first time. We had arrived the night before and decided to dine at Porter's and OMG! This place was incredible. The food selection was fantastic. The Staff was so gracious and accommodating. Ludo was our waiters OUR privilege to have had his service. WOW! Now the food, Trout, Salmon, Chicken Marsala, and a Pasta dish. We were each sampling every plate and every single bite was incredible. The detail to Perfection of each entree was amazing. The owner, Jake was simply the best! A man that loves the community and his staff and the food that he presents and want's people to enjoy? Located along the strip of hotels and restaurants before getting to the park entrance and Visitor center. If you're looking for a spot to get a tee shirt and other Zion goods this would be the place! I was searching for a zion t shirt that wasn't going to cost an arm and a leg and was so glad we stopped in! I found the perfect t shirt for half the price! Their t shirt costs are about $19.99 and up! Which in my opinion was reasonable compared to $35-$50 for a t shirt at the visitor center. While browsing through the Bumbleberry gift shop in Springdale UT. I had the unfortunate opportunity to run into a woman named Jo. This woman I observed belittling other employees, basically treating them like crap. This made me very uncomfortable so I mentioned it to her and then she was rude to me. I asked for the manager and she said she was it. I then told her that I didn't appreciate her talking to me that way then she abruptly turned away and went to the back and ignored me. I myself will never step foot into this establishment ever again. Any place that would treat there employees and customers this way doesn't deserve to be in business. This is my very first yelp review. I was so disturbed at the attitude of this Jo person that I felt I needed to spread the word. I give this establishment a five thumbs down review. read more

This gift shop is awesome!! Such a great variety of things for different tastes. T shirts, pajamas, postcards, jewelry, socks, games, toys, books.... And so much more. I'm not a pie person but loved the warm slice of bumbleberry topped with cold and creamy mt Carmel tunnel. The caramel cups added a sweet touch and crunchy texture which paired well with the tart pie. The crust was buttery and crumbly. Will be thinking of this place for a while and will visit on our next trip to Zion! read more

Don't tell me something is Famous and expect me not to want to try it. I saw the sign on the window and had to wander in. I love berry everything, expect really strawberry. I ordered a slice and was asked if I wanted it warmed up and with ice cream. Generally, my answer would be NO and NO. I don't like my pie served warm, ever really. It grosses me out when it's warm and runny or smushy like and I don't really do a la mode anything because I'm not a huge fan of ice cream but I asked him if this pie is better warm and he said yes. So I tried to meet in the middle by asking to just slightly nook it. Well, yea that was probably the wrong move for me. It was just ok in my opinion but nothing to write home about but I had to know, I had tried a Bumbleberry in my lifetime ;) I purchased a jar of the jam because I'm real big on jams and often make my own so I can see where I will probably really enjoy the jam and the pie would have probably been better had it been served in a more solid form the way I typically like my pie served. Went in this store to look around and found myself buying hiking boots that I have been looking for in an abundance of sizes.

5 stars for the store with a vast selections of souvenirs plus some essential supplies. Prices were reasonable. I got the fill a bag with pretty stones for $4.50 whereas I saw the same at the Zion Lodge gift shop for $7.50. 3 stars for the Bumbleberry pie which was nothing special. It tasted exactly like a blackberry pie for $4.99 a slice. read more

So we came here for the Bumbleberry Pie, it exists within the gift shop as part of a cafe/sweet shop place. They serve the bumbleberry pie as a whole pie or as a slice, and you can get it a la mode which comes with a big scoop of ice cream! Of course there isn't such thing as a bumbleberry and the pie itself is made of a mixture of berries I believe, though I mostly tasted blueberry. It was decent, the pie is reheated and isn't made at that instant for you, so it has been sitting around for a while. The ice cream was also of decent quality. A nice place to stop by for some pie, but nothing crazy amazing. read more
