They had just left the job and we noticed a hole in the liner (which i understand things happen - they had got it caught on something). We called, sent pics. They gave us two options (1) they come and take the liner out and leave us with nothing (as you know in the fall this is hard to get someone else or a nice day to do or (2) they would give us the liner for half price. We had just wanted a job done with no holes in the liner. They have the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Asked to speak to the owner with no avail. Do your self a favour and never deal with this company.
