One can only take so many of these days, besides my drinking tolerances are already at an all time high. It has been two weeks since this gentleman cleaned my car and it still looks beautiful. In this day and age let's celebrate change and community together. They had a pretty decent rate, a little lower than others, which was a plus for us. After they finished, I briefly inspected the car and found the seats to still be wet (not just a little damp but WET). I was told by the owner they would eventually dry so I wasn't too concerned. Ready to leave for work this morning and our "check engine" light is on suddenly and there is water condensation on all of the inside windows (see attached pics). The seats are still WET. The car then BREAKS DOWN due to a mysterious electrical issue 5 minutes later. We own a brand new car, 2020 edition, and was running beautifully before they serviced it. We're now taking it to the dealership to be inspected. Thankfully, some of the electronics on the inside are starting to work... Finding food particles still stuck in our window was the icing on the cake for u The owner refuses to refund us. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra $50 and go to a professional. They were able to come out to me within 2 days. While texting with someone (communication was solely through text), everything was professional and he responded within hours. I did let them know the reason I needed and inside detail and the specific reason for my request. Got everything scheduled and the guy shows up but doesn't speak any English so I called my friend to translate and make sure he cleans the area that the protein mix spilled. Gabriel did a great job and he was nice. I'm leaving a 3 star review because although it looked clean, after jumping in hours after the detail was done, the inside of my truck still smelled but now it had a touch of whatever cleaner was used mixed in with the stank protein smell. Paid $100. If you are just needing the inside to be vacuumed and wiped down, give them a try! I will be looking elsewhere for another full internal detail. Also, I found these guys through Instagram, so I was under the impression that I was going to get one of the techs from the videos, but I was mistaken.
