The worst experience with any company. They were friendly at first, until I went to cancel their…read moremonitoring service. They would not cancel or refund the remaining of my balance. They refused to return my phone calls or emails. Then when I went to have another company monitor my system the new company said they could not access my system since the STOP security changed the standard Installer code to their personal code. I attempted to contact them again and they still refused to return my phone calls or emails. STOP security refused to give the new security company or myself the code or to unlock the system. So I will had to replace the whole system since STOP security is basically holding my system hostage by changing the installer code. So you have to use stop security or no one since they will not change the installer code. Ensure if you hire them they will change it back at he end of your service for no fee.
