The staff are not pushy, just helpful and very kind. Thunder Pet stores are the only ones that have ACANA dog food in Thunder Bay. One of my dogs has a sensitive stomach and was almost daily bile vomiting. Her belly was too empty and wasn't eating her food like she liked it but because she was very hungry and still just picking at it. I tried four different kinds suggested by a store I never go to anymore and didn't know what to do. I googled what's the best food for my kind of dog and the answer was Fromm dog food. I had not heard of this kind and googled where can I buy it. Thunder Pet is the only store so off I went. The woman I talked to suggested to try Acana so I tried them both because of their buy back program. She wouldn't eat the Fromm at all and I got two flavours, but she loved the Duck and pear Acana. She rarely vomits at all anymore and still only eats her duck and pear. Thank you Thunder Pet for supplying such good products and always being there to answer any queries.
