I questioned the charge relative to the sign that stated 1/2 & full day rentals and the lady pretended like she didn't k ow what sign I was talking about. As soon as I started walking towards the sign she seemed to miraculously remember it but said that "the sign just states that 1/2 & full day rentals are available. It doesn't say anything about different rates." Perfect example of a bait and switch. Use caution when renting pontoon boats for these guys.
