Paint on my thule box started to flake off. Submitted warranty claim with customer service, had no reply for about two months, so ended up removing remainder of paint and using spray can to make it look better and protect from further sun damage. When customer service did reply I was told that warranty does not cover cosmetic damage. In my opinion this severe delamination is caused by defective material or faulty paint process, if not fixed it would cause further damage to panel. If this is not covered by "Lifetime" warranty, then what is? See photos attached. read more

I've worked in stores that have carried Thule products and they're advertised as ultra-durable, high quality and look the part but upon ordering a backpack from them, it had a tear in it, that they honestly should've just scrapped the whole bag, but they tried to stitch over it and the stitching ending up running into the other color of the bag. On a dual-tone bag, this is VERY noticeable. Tried to initiate a return but they told me because I used a discount code, I'm stuck with the bag.
