IF YOU ARE THINKING OF GOING TO THIS DOCTOR BEWARE! HE IS PUSHING UNNECESSARY MEDICAL PRODUCTS FOR…read moreTHE MEDICAL MANUFACTURERS. Terrible chair side manner. I came in wearing a splint I had been prescribed by my orthopedic doctor that was covered by my insurance . Dr. Das had a preference for his own splint, saying it would be better. He put it on me in the examination room and had me wear it to the checkout desk. At that time I was charged $81.19. Why would he put a brace on me and not tell me insurance didn't cover it and not tell me a price before he had me wear it.? I felt embarrassed and tricked. Because he told me it was going to be so much better than the orthopedist's brace and my embarrassment, I paid for it. I am on Medicare and a fixed income, This felt very wrong and predatory. After wearing it home, I kept having to adjust the brace, because it didn't stay in place. It did not keep my hand and wrist stabilized. The advantage sold to me was the open area between bars would keep the brace from rubbing over my injury. Instead, it wouldn't stay in place and the bar would ride right on top of my injury. At my follow up appointment, I told the doctor the problem with his brace and that I had been using my orthopedic brace since I had seen him last. He offered no compensation nor discussion. At the checkout desk I told his nurse of the problem and she said she would put in for a refund through the manufacturer. It could take up to 30 days. I have called Dr. Das's office every month for four months now and they tell me they are waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. I'm not going to ever see a refund. Dr Das never should have pushed his wrist brace on me without see if my insurance would pay for it. The brace I was wearing worked perfectly. Because, the brace from my orthopedist was covered I assumed this one was as well and I let him put it on me. It looked like a good design. I felt duped and preyed upon when I had to pay the $81.19, but I trusted that at least it would be more comfortable. Instead, it did not function as it should have. Again, it twisted and would not stay in place. I never needed a new brace in the first place. He was just working for the Medical manufacturer, pushing their product that was completely unnecessary. I would tell anyone who's thinking of going to him to find another doctor. This one is just out to make a buck at your expense.,This took a big chunk out of my budget in a fixed income.

Both times he has provided excellent wound care, once on a deep ankle laceration and a second on a very large skin tear. I highly recommend him. Talked about what he was doing and why while performing the procedures.

16 years ago at an immature age of 25 I searched Texas, asking surgeon after surgeon for a breast…read morelift. As a teenager with thyroid disease, my weight fluctuated a LOT, leaving flaps of loose skin and barely any breast tissue. I didn't care about size. I just wanted the shape to match the age of the rest of my body. Every single surgeon told me I would hate the way i looked with a lift, and that what I REALLY wanted was implants. I was talked into implants, and although the original surgeon did a beautiful job, he did not give me what I wanted. Apart from not wanting implants or to be larger than a C, I got 50ccs more than the absolute maximum I agreed to. I was a natural 32B, 5'6" 115-120lbs and he gave me DDs. I felt like a clown- a stick with implants, and cried for days when I saw them. I have spent every summer & gym session since attempting to hide this aug I never even wanted. Rodgers did an amazing job on my explant, total capsulectomy, and lift; as well as multiple silicone granuloma removals (between my breasts, along my ribs, under the ruptured implant, and all the way down to my panty line) I was referred by my bestie in our hometown of West Austin whose explant/ fat transfer turned out beautifully. I needed more than a run-of-the-mill breast surgeon. I had a very complex case with one fully ruptured implant, the other intact but herniated through the capsule and my original pectoral incision (due to a genetic connective tissue disease). I had also been dealing with a host of new autoimmune symptoms: hair loss, nerve pains, circulation abnormalities, rapid weight loss, brain fog to an extent never previously experienced, extremely dry eyes and skin all due to this migrated silicone. I did not want to travel for this surgery due to the complexity, but more than that, I wanted to make sure the procedure was done correctly, customized with integrity and every silicone tumor removed with precision. I was very scared that I might end up disfigured or with a new, more severe autoimmune disease by the time this was over. The Artisan Center helped make this stressful experience a lot more beautiful for me. I'm 10,000% happier with these natural lifted breasts than I ever was with my implants!! And my posture is better already! ***Dr Rodgers gave me the lift I wanted in the first place***. Now at 41, I have small but perfectly young, perky shaped breasts that fit my thin, athletic build. Dr. Rodgers is a quick talker and I am not, so I wasn't sure if he heard everything I said in consult, but the results speak for themselves. He actually listened to me and gave me what I wanted! THIS surgery did also end with me crying, but tears of joy and relief. Tears of "this is what I wanted 16 years ago! THIS looks like ME again!" I DID absolutely howl from the pain which was about 3/10 higher on the pain scale than I was told it would be. I have a high pain tolerance too... let me count the dislocations! Woke up in 9/10 pain (I figured hypothetically I could be on fire also so I didn't say 10) and could barely choke out the words "pain, help, nine!" So I don't think the anesthesiologist was giving me enough analgesia, although Dr Rodgers made sure my pain was managed well with Percocet at home afterwards. I must note, I am a gymnast and my pectoral muscles are very strong/tight/dense compared to most women, so I think that tension may have been why it hurt so bad. That's what Simone Biles said so I'm going with that. It improved a lot after a few days. Don't be afraid to ask Dr Rodgers and his lovely nurse Erin for the pain control you require! Thank you, Dr Rodgers and staff! I feel more like myself than I have in months. I can't wait to continue healing as my naturally beautiful self! *will update photos as the healing process continues
