Then when the person receiving the flowers wasn't there when they were delivered, instead of calling me to see about having the flowers left there or sent elsewhere, the delivery person brought the flowers back to their shop, and I was required to pay another delivery fee to have them delivered again to another address (the same woman I interacted with was irritated during all of this, too). Overall, not a good experience, especially in a bereavement situation, and I wouldn't choose to have anything delivered from this shop again.
