I am putting my house on the market, and since there were several electric issues from a previous…read moreinspection, I called Allways Electric. Joe came, scoped out the work, made a copy of the entire report, wrote up a thorough estimate, and I waited. The phone staff were very patient with me because I was nervous they would not want to do all the work that needed to be addressed! After I approved the estimate, Jerry arrived, and he and Gabe methodically plugged away at each issue. As the day progressed, I became more impressed with Jerry's integrity, professionalism, character and wisdom. Instead of saying they'd be back to finish the work another day, Jerry called in Aiden and Vitor, and they completed everything! I am so grateful for the excellence, teamwork, patience, and positivity of everyone who helped me! Thank you! You are the best!

I contacted my building property manager to let them know .. since it's a co-op building with regulations/requirements. I contacted Corey to let him know what my building required of him: a copy of his license and verification that our building was added to his insurance. He said no problem, and he he'd comply. Well that's when it all changed. Call after call, text after text, he'd never get back to me.. after I explained my building manager had these requirements; . So from Jun 4th until Jun 21 (the deadline I gave him) I never another word back from him.

He quickly figured out that a breaker had overheated and needed to be replaced. When starting the repair he realized it wasn't a simple problem as the panel itself was damaged so he moved the breakers around to ensure it wouldn't reoccur while we schedule a panel replacement. I'm back running my AC and safe at home. Polite and reasonably priced. Couldn't ask for me. Highly recommend.

I needed to have a licensed contractor who specializes in roofing, inspect my roof for damage…read more Daniel Overstreet arrived on time and was very pleasant and patient. He did a complete walk through of the interior of my house to assess for any roof leakage and then went right to work on the exterior roof structure. He took several pictures and explained to me that my roof was leaking in several places. He asked if I wanted it repaired right then and there to prevent further damage until I could secure a roof replacement. I agreed and he immediately went back up and repaired any areas that needed it. He explained everything he was going to do and also took pictures of the work finished. He was also very reasonably priced. I had spoken to other companies who provided appraisal services and they were expensive and none of them offered any type of temporary repairs to prevent further damage. I am very happy with the service I received and would recommend this company for this service to anyone who needs it in the future.

Day one, was pretty good, two guys started the job, but were not able to complete in one day. One of the "day one guys" informed me that he doesn't normally work my area, and would not be returning to complete the job. Because it was obvious that he was the most knowledgeable regarding cabinet installation, i callec NIHS to inform them that I was willing to wait until he was available, unless they had someone as knowledgeable. I was informed that they would send someone with matched skills. When they day arrived to complete the job, they sent one of the original guys, who had already admitted that he wasn't very experienced in cabinet installs, and more or less, followed the lead of the experienced guy. The second guy looked like a high school student, so I thought, ok, you cant judge a book by it's cover. However, when the first challenge arose, he had no clue as how to deal with it. He literally just stood there and scratched his head. He really didn't have a clue!! Well the inexperienced cabinet guy had to take charge, and I will let the pictures speak for the work.
