The inspector as well as us failed to realize it before we purchased it. We called a few electricians and we were getting prices which we thought we a little high. They all kept saying "it's a big job". Fast forward 10 years later (we chose to live with the situation we had) it was time to tackle this dreaded "big job". Since we were in the neighborhood for 10 years and made "friends" a lot of them recommended Eric at Vorrath. Eric came and he was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He didn't even use the word "big job". We fell in love with him instantly and really trusted us with our home. Eric and his helper Doug came for the upgrade and other work. They were efficient, clean and professional! We would like to thank them for the breathe of fresh air they have give us! It's like a "new to us" home all over again. THANK YOU

I called Joe at 5 on a Friday, and he got someone out to me at 8AM Saturday. It was a little more complicated than expected, and he sent his guy out Sunday too, to fix something. After the gas people came back to explain their work, Joe and Pete found the issue, located a gas leak in the crawl space, fixed it, hooked the stove back up, helped me figure out a broken fixture, and finished up in a little over an hour. (As soon as I heard "gas leak in the crawl space" I was bracing for weeks of no stove and expensive work, but this wasn't the case.) In all, pricing was reasonable, response was always fast (by phone and in person), my stove works, and they made sure everything done by an iffy handyman was no longer dangerous.
