I felt like another number on a list. Every time I wanted to ask a question or just have polite conversation she would interrupt me and say "sorry for interrupting you but..." She came off as a car salesman only focusing on the price of the products. Which to me were not as expensive as I initially thought. Yet she kind of acted like I couldn't afford it. I did not want to do the replacement that same day and I wanted to reschedule. It seemed like she didn't like the fact that I would call and set up a specific time. I also asked about how long the procedure would take, mind you with her interrupting me the whole time and trying to finish my sentences. I tried to explain that I have allergies and super sensitive teeth and she answered with super quick not thought out responses. She just came off as soulless. Honestly, maybe it was a bad day for her, we are all stressed out with the pandemic. But after that experience I cannot imagine what the actual appointment will be like. The front desk ladies were very nice. They should be the ones having patient consultations.
