The office staff is unprofessional. After requesting an appointment online (took time to complete the questionnaire). I never heard back so I decided to call 2 weeks later. That should have been my first warning. I was given an excuse and told I would hear back once ashley reached out to Kevin (the therapist). Another 2 weeks passed and I still heard nothing so I called back again. This time, Kevin was on vacation so I needed to wait yet again. I waited yet another 2 weeks, called back yesterday and ashley promised a call back. She said Kevin would be in that day and she would talk with him personally. She promised a call back either way. Of course I heard nothing. Today I call back and was advised the he will be working with the school district and asked if we would like another counselor. My question is why was I not notified earlier? This is supposedly a business that focuses on mental health yet I feel as though my concerns were overlooked. Why did I have to create a reminder to keep following up. I explained that this is unprofessional and unacceptable. She then starts talking over me and says she has been calling people back all day and had not gotten to me yet. How convenient! I dont are for the excuses. She had no intention on calling me back and the sarcasm in her voice let me know. No compassion, or empathy. Definitely not professional at all. I believe this could have and should have been handled differently. I don't recommend! My experience with them in 2020 was great but this one, not so much. read more

Awesome Place, Awesome Staff, Awesome Vision and Awesome Support! They really care about the people they are serving and are in the process of establishing a local community presence. The clinicians are passionate, very experienced, and have a ton of knowledge they utilize to help with a vast variety of life's challenges.
