Teacher after teacher told me my son had attention issues and suggested medication. You can imagine the emotional heart ache for both of us. Now, as a 5th grader we have transferred him to St. Joe's and we are sending my younger son (3) and step daughter (7th). I can't say enough about the teachers, the staff and the community of parents. They have welcomed us with open arms and we look forward to many years ahead. In his initial weeks at summer camp my son came home exited to learn for the first time in his life! They stopped working on potty training our child and would not permit him to be masked during the day. They recently USED OUR ACH INFO WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION to charge us one month's tuition for our infant, who was going to start in August. She was originally suppose to start in April, but we had to delay to August given a health condition she was born with and recently had surgery for. After telling them about the delay, May 1 they withdrew one month's tuition from our account without telling us. They said it's mentioned in the annual enrollment agreement, which I realized it is, but it says it's due with the application (which we filled out in November). We were never charged anything or told there would be a charge from November to May. Yet, after having to delay my daughter's April start date for a situation outside of our control, they withdrew from our account WITHOUT PERMISSION the next month. They said it is their "normal business practice" to use ACH info on file for the older child (our son was in pre-k) to do something like this. We told them that we don't agree with their "normal business practice" and that having our ACH information isn't a blanket approval to withdraw from our account at will. Needless to say, the management was just horrible in this situation, and neither of our children will be attending Goddard going forward.

Jeanette was very quick to respond to my last minute inquiry. I had never used a sitter service for our parties in the past since this Whole kid thing is new to our young circle of friends. The day of the party, Jeanette and her colleague arrived right on time. They brought all of the supplies for the kids to play with along with sign up sheets for our friends to sign when dropping their kids off in our basement. The parents had great peace of mind and enjoyed the party, knowing that their little ones were nearby and under great care!!! I highly recommend Mobile Mommies for any party you're hosting with lots of children. It was at the Convention Center and the UMW organization provided Childcare through Mobile Mommies. I had my son under the MM care for about 7-9 hours a day from Thursday through Sunday, it was convenienet because they came to the event, it was a no brainer! I was able to sneak in to check on him, and he was either napping or having a blast with all the toys and friendly company he had. I appreciated the staff and their Motherly love towards my Child. It was actually my first time having my son in Daycare, so because he was in great hands I feel a little more comfortable considering Daycare in our future.
