If he can't make it, he will call and let you know. 2) His timelines are realistic - Mike sets a schedule and tries to adhere to it as much as possible. If something unexpected comes up, he will walk you though the impact to the schedule. 3) He is flexible - I changed my mind several times on a wall in our Home theatre room and Mike adjusted it every time without complaint. 4) He fixes issues during his warranty period - A few small things came up after Mike finished and Mike promptly corrected all of them. 5) His rates are reasonable - For the commitment and reliability, Mike's rates are very fair

Great company! While doing some renovations in our basement, we discovered our foundation was…read moreleaking. The framing had been rotting away and there where signs of mold. As we where doing a full basement Reno, we didn't want to take any risk. We decided to waterproof. After calling multiple companies, we went with Royal Work Corp. They where licensed and offered a 25 year warranty. We wanted someone we could trust, rather than some unknown contractor who didn't have a garentee behind their work. Ontop of that we received $1750 rebate for our sump pump, which anatoli gave us a great deal on! Highly recommend! (P.s. ask for their review discount!)
