    So I went to convenient care they close at 8pm I walk slow but was there by 753 the nurse was just…read morelocking the doors but was ok with me walking slow and let me in which should be the case as I was there before 8. The nurse was nice but the receptionist said something to her and the nurse said they were just walking in when I was looking the door. The receptionist had a patient at her desk RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER and said TOUGH to the nurse about me. It was finally my turn and I politely said to the receptionist "is it a problem that I came in at this time?" She yelled at me with "yes it is!" I said what is the problem? The hours say open til 8pm. She said ITS 8:03. I said ma'am I apologize I do walk slowly but I just had surgery Friday. She said THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM I DONT CARE! I said oh wow maybe you should have a hysterectomy that you didn't want to have and have to go to a dr like I am here, that you dont want to go to and we will see if you care then. She said YOU SHOULD HAVE CAME EARLIER I DONT CARE. At this point I asked for someone else to help me she said THERE IS NO ONE ELSE. I said you need to get me a nurse or even better a dr. She said NOPE IM GOING TO BE CHECKING YOU IN. I said what is your name and she said you can ask the nurses. At this point I'm bawling and do not say another word. I get called back and I tell the nurse who let me in once I get to a room what happened she apologizes and tells me the receptionists name. When the nurse leaves the room the Dr comes in right away, I tell him what happened and he apologizes and proceeds to tell me that there have been atleast 5-6 other complaints about this receptionist and the director is investigating. I ask for the number to call and report the incident and he happily gave it to me and gave me the names of the assistant director and director, he apologized over and over and said he will also report it. I do not think the director is really going to take care of it, if he was it would have been taken care of 6 complaints ago.
