The vase is 9 inches (white page is top of vase)

I ordered flowers for my mothers service specifying 6 white roses, daisies, & baby's breath. They stated the arranger was great & would add more white flowers with lots of green filler. The presentation was okay but missing a rose so I gave one star. Upon changing the water I discovered 3 lilies, 5 not 6 white (old) roses, 4 stems daisies, 6 carnations, 3 broken pieces of baby's breath with a bunch of short green filler. All of these pieces barely reached 1/2 way to the bottom. The baby's breath was stuck in at the top. Only the roses & 2 lilies were tall enough to reach the bottom of the vase. The other flowers & greenery were jammed in to give the appearance of equal height. $100, for subpar work. Never again!

I have ordered flowers from this Thrifty Florist for years. My parents were celebrating their wedding anniversary. I wanted to get my mom a corsage to wear for the celebration we were having for them. Her original wedding bouquet was made of daisies I thought this would be nice and easy to make into a corsage. I first went in on Friday evening around 6pm to order. The first thing the lady said when I walked in was her nor the gentleman working could help me because they were new and the designer had left already for the day. I asked if they could just take an order for me. They were real unsure but figured it out. They had me look at a book to get an idea of what I wanted I found a daisy hand corsage the price in the book was listed at $13.00 and some change. They rang it up and it rang at $16.99 for a $18.01 total. I did not say anything because I thought maybe prices had increased since the book was made. I let them know I needed it to be able to be pinned on so it would not get in the way while she was eating . On Saturday morning I walked in to get the corsage they brought the corsage out it was really small with three daisy's. It was ok looking but I thought was overpriced for what I got. I asked for pins for it they told me sorry they were out of them. None of them seemed to care at all. The whole experience will lead me not to go back to this florist.

Definitely thrifty. Compared to Norton's, Thrifty florist sells roses at a third the price. Norton sells a roses at $60 a dozen, Thrifty is $20. They have a little less flair, but the flowers are still fresh and alive and come out looking and smelling good. Thrifty is priced similarly to a grocery store but has the quality of a normal florist. I don't think I could ever justify going anywhere else for normal flower purchases. Also, the service here is very friendly and helpful, which is always a plus.

I ordered flowers for my sister's funeral, a casket spray and a matching basket bouquet, the afternoon of August 4th.

Each staff member that I've encountered offers great advice, and does a great job at suggesting and creating arrangements based on your budget. I've visited 10 times or so, spending an average of around $30, and I've never felt as though the arrangement was lacking or that I'd been overcharged. My visit today was the best yet; my daughters and I went to get a spur-of-the-moment arrangement, and the gentleman guided my daughters through selecting flowers, even showing them how to tell when a flower is past peak. To top it off, as we were walking from the shop, he ran outside to give each daughter a rose (that he'd separated from a group of fresher roses). Very nice touch, it didn't just make a good impression on me, but my daughters couldn't stop smiling. It's in Depot Town, parking can be a challenge (especially since it's right next to Sidetrack), so be wary if you're picking up a bigger order. I've seen places with larger selections, but I always find something I like. Always a positive experience, I highly recommend it.

I needed a bouquet delivered today. Went to the website and the option was available. Selected the arrangement and paid via credit card. No delivery was received. When I called to see if I could pick up the flowers, their voicemail stipulates they are, for the most part, out of business. As a business owner, you should CLEARLY state this on your website and not just on your landline voicemail. It appears more than covid was a factor here.

I went here before Valentine's Day and ended up finding a Super Mario Fire stuffy for my hubby. He loves it! They also had very unique and funny cards! They have tons of candy of every variety. I found ring pop gummies here & my husband ate them in a day. Tons of toys & stuffed animals. One thing I will say is their prices were a bit high. But I imagine with cost of operation these days it makes sense and I am in a spot where I can support this small business (reasonably). It is a super fun store. Use caution bringing a small child into this store, as there will be several things within their reach and they will probably want to get their hands on everything. I honestly wouldn't bring a kid younger than 8 or 9 in this store. If you need gift inspiration, come to this cute store!
