Even on a Sunday afternoon there are plenty of machines and folding tables to go around. It's spotless and everyone who works here is friendly. They have a few magazines and a paper to keep you busy while reading, but it's best to bring a book. There is also a kid activity table for tots in tow.

This place is always spotlessly clean, and everyone that works here is super nice. It has giant folding tables (plenty to go around) and its spacious, so I never feel cramped. I've never used it (so I don't know about the rates or anything), but I know they have a drop-off service so you don't even have to do your own laundry. They'll do it for you. There are only two small reasons why I give this place 4-stars instead of 5 -- no wifi (I know, first world problem). And the machines don't seem old or anything (like I said, everything is spotless) and they all work - but why can't I put dollars in them? Obviously there is a change machine here, but I am endlessly feeding quarters into every machine in the place, and in the process, dropping them all over the floor because I'm clumsy. Time to upgrade to some machines that you can feed paper money into (or even *gasp*, debit/credit cards.) Those are nit-picky non-essentials. I go to this Laundromat every week even though there is one with wifi just about a mile further down the road because everyone is really accommodating and helpful, and I'm just pleased with this place all around so I've never felt it necessary to look for somewhere new. I can't think of too many places that I frequent that I've *never* had a bad (or even sub-par) experience in. I love my Thrifty Bundle. See you every week.

It rarely works and I have been ripped off several times by malfunctioning equipment. When I called the phone number on the sign the lady was very rude and suggested that I had no clue how to use the "high tech" car wash. She also promised to refund my $10 and never did. I will never go there again.

If you choose to do your own, there are a variety of sizes of machines available, and they use a prepaid card system rather than coins. Bring some bills, insert them in the machine and you get a card which you then swipe in the washer and try to start the machines. Betty keeps the place clean, and she's vigilant to make sure the machines are in good working condition. The Bucket of Suds is open every day from 5am thru 11pm, and the doors lock automatically at that point.

Several dryers don't stay closed unless they are running, stay away from them, they don't dry well or get very warm. The other dryers dry ok, but still take a lot of coin to get your stuff completely dry. We are just passing through and needed to do laundry, but if we come here again I will not use this laundry mat. Also the floors are very dirty and I made sure not to drop anything on them. They need to clean their floors, get better dryers and post the cost on their website.

Our usual laundry was closed so we decided to stop at this facility for the first time. It was nice that this laundry was open until 10pm on Christmas eve. The facility itself had a good number of washers and dryers, but some of the washing machines had a weird smell and the floors were covered in some trash from previous customers. The other annoyance was that the detergent dispenser was broken and you needed an "extraction tool" to get it out. That being said, this facility got the job done which was nice. Being open so late on a soon to be holiday was nice and we were happy to get the sheets washed before our guests arrived.

Most laundromats forbid the washing of rubber backed rugs and pet beds and I have ALWAYS watched people come in to do just that. (Washing your clothing is washers that have been filled with pet urine is very unsettling) While I understand they can't control what the public does when it's unmanned, but they CAN clean. They just don't. CLEAN YOUR MACHINES. The washers are FILTHY and filled with pet hair and mold. The dryers barely function properly and the lint traps are so caked on, they would have to be soaked to come clean. The bathroom is a nightmare and the waiting area is filled with disgusting, shredded and stained furniture. What a shame. These owners obviously have no pride in their ownership and this faculty shouldn't be allowed in this condition in such a beautiful town as Shelburne Falls. A real shame.

It's the only laundry in the area. It's hard for me to give five stars to a laundromat. There is nothing wrong with it. I just hate doing laundry, and I hate going to a laundromat. It could be a whole lot worse, I suppose. They are open from about 6 am to 10 pm. The machines only take quarters, but they have a machine that will make change. It's about $4 to $4.50 to use a machine, but the machines are huge. They probably hold about 2-3 loads of laundry. Mercifully, they have an excellent wireless connection, much better than any other place in town. On the other hand, the location is pretty good. You could start your wash, go get lunch down the street. Then come back and throw everything in the dryer. This is Shelburne Falls. I once left my cell phone plugged into the wall to recharge, forgot about it, came back later and it was exactly where I left it. Try doing that in New York (actually, no one in New York wants my phone either).

The staff person was extremely helpful and patient with me. He helped me with the machines because it had been a while since I've been to a laundromat. The interior was overall incredibly clean. They have a TV area with seating and a separate lounge area with seating and snacks. As expected, some machines were out of service, but I estimate 80% were fully functional. They have everything you need here. And again the cleanliness was impressive. Nice job.
