They were prompt, courteous, neat, efficient and helpful. Our well pump was in good shape, but over 20 years old, so we took their advice that we will need one sometime in the future and decided not to wait. Even tho our pump was in good shape according to them, I didn't want to have an emergency in the future since most pumps only last around 18 years. Once again, Rich and Anthony came to the house with Jeremy when it was convenient for us. They replaced our pump which was in the middle of a large flowerbed. Not one flower or plant was damaged. They were prompt, neat, courteous, efficient and patience in answering all of my questions. At the same time, they also replaced my finicky 15 year old Sentry dry pellet chlorinator that never worked right with a UV lamp for water purification.
