After needing 2 rear molars removed over the course of 2 years, I decided to get implants for both. Dr. Jenney referred me to an excellent oral surgeon for the placement of the implants, and Dr. Jenney did the crowns. They worked seamlessly in this process, especially in that I drive over 50 miles to see Dr. Jenney for all of my dental care, so each appointment was well planned. I was seen on time and the impressions and placement of the crowns were handled perfectly. I am always made to feel comfortable and important as a patient. I will continue to make this drive for my dental care because this office, the assistants, front office, and dentists are worth it! read more

Didn't like because the fees are over the top. Cleaning $199. Plus exam $98. My husband walked out having spent $566. It was not necessary to take X-rays of the front teeth 2 at $53. Each. Fluoride on an adult come on charge $25. The bitewing x-rays and exam were reasonable. But it's like they're nickel and diming for a check up. He was told he needed a simple one surface filling at $433. We won't be going back to that office. Not happy. read more

My previous dentist, Dr. Tanner, retired and I was really stressed about remaining with the practice and the new dentist who took over the practice. I can't explain why, but I just wasn't comfortable with the new dentist there. I felt like suddenly he was in the picture, and honestly I felt a little blindsided by it. What's more, several years earlier, I had seen Dr. Edwards as a patient at Dr. Tanner's office, was familiar with him and liked him very much; I was disappointed when he left. I had hoped he would be the new dentist there. Call it intuition or whatever, but I felt Dr. Edwards was a better fit for me, and when I came to his office, I knew I made the right decision. I immediately felt extremely comfortable. Since I had been with my last dentist for 20 years, and it took a long time to build such a trusting relationship with him, it was really nice to walk into Dr. Edwards office and feel this comfortable this quickly. Growing up I had some bad experiences with dentists, so trust is essential to have in my patient- dentist relationship. One of the best things (and a contributing factor for my decision to come to this office) is that my favorite dental hygienist, Carol, recently relocated here from my previous dentist office, as well. Having her here is awesome. The rest of the staff here is also incredibly professional and friendly. After my first visit, I told my husband how much I loved the staff and care here, and he's also decided to transfer his care over to Dr. Edwards office. Update! THRILLED! THRILLED! THRILLED! It doesn't take a genius to see what Dr. Edwards accomplished! He artistically sculpted my teeth to the results I had expected from spending thousands and 2 years with Invisalign. And at a fraction of the cost!! But, there's something else worth mentioning. The office is adorable! Done with a theme of outdoor tranquility. As you sit in the dentist chair, there is an actual stream running through the office and you can hear the trickling of the creek water. It's so soothing. The monitors display peaceful outdoor landscape. It's very relaxing. If you hate going to the dentist, which a lot of people do, this really helps to put you at ease. So, the bottom line is this. AMAZING, INCREDIBLE and GIFTED cosmetic dentist! He bent over backwards to offer me the most non-invasive option AND opened a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. I would recommend him and his office to anyone! Normally I would select a dentist somewhere closer to where I live but I loved the reviews and the comments from all of Dr. Edwards patients. So I decided to venture out of my neighborhood and go see him at his office. The entire process of scheduling the appointments and the consultation process were exemplary. The staff is so kind and Dr. Edwards is so very polite and gentle and kind, as well. So much so that I decided to give them my business of bonding three of my chipped teeth. This has been a journey. I have been there three times now and have only had one tooth actually done. Timing, staffing, whatever the issues it has taken a toll on me timewise. I'm hoping that with his extremely high level of expertise and meticulous nature that in the end I will actually be able to change this to a five star review. The doctor offered to provide me with compensation due to how many trips I'm having to make which I thought was incredibly generous and appreciated. So, we will continue to see how the journey goes. Dr Edward and his team are fantastic. They take the fear out of going to the dentist and teach you the best ways to care for your teeth and gums. I now use the Waterpik toothbrush which Christy my hygienist (the best) and Dr Edwards both recommended. They never bug you or make you dread going to the dentist. They don't make you feel guilty for not keeping up on brushing and or flossing. They just seem to genuinely care, which is comforting. Turns out the Waterpik was perfect for me. In just a couple of months my gums have responded incredibly well and I enjoy using the Waterpik rather than flossing. I find it easier and more soothing. Husband and I have been going to this office since we moved to Santa Clarita Valley three years ago. We love going to this office, but sometimes we feel like we're being pushed to schedule more cleanings without giving us the opportunity to decline and elect to stick with the cleanings that the insurance covers. I realize that dentists/hygienists care about their patients' health and want to educate and advice as best as possible. However, please leave room for patients to elect services that they are comfortable spending money on. Dentist, hygienist, and assisting staff are 5 star. The difficulty recently has been that they dropped Delta Dental because Delta would not increase the amount they pay 360. This comes from staff and Delta. So as they were trying figure out how to proceed with Delta patients, me, I was told to just bring in a check when Delta sends it to me, which I did. My 2 cleanings a year have been fully paid for, (no out of pocket), for several years now. I was not told they would later bill me for more, which they did. Then the next appointment for a filling I had to pay some out of pocket, more than the usual, and bring in the check from Delta, which I did. Again not enough. I'm assuming I'm paying everything as we go - bad communication. I was told when I went in to discuss the balance that on the cleaning they would make this one time exception, and that in the future I would have to pay in full for all services, and keep whatever monies Delta sends me. Knowing where this is going - (not being able to use the little 2k a year now that Delta covers because 360 opted out), and leaving me not having much coverage. Just posting this for Delta patients as they are looking for a dentist office, and to express some disappointment. I started going to 360 when my last dentist, (whom was good), had a billing department that also would leave you thinking you're paid up after your visit, and then would bill you more for services later. In this case they pretty much are making a business decision that leaves Delta patients no good options. Business is business I get it. Dr. Edwards is a good Dentist, and gets to know his patients, which really helps him give special care to each patient. read more

To say that my new dentist, Dr. Brian Edwards is the BEST dentist EVER is an understatement, I would give him 10 stars if I could! I had been neglecting my dental work because I unfortunately have had bad experiences in the past. It made it difficult to go in for regular cleanings the last two years and of course this led to a very painful infection and cavity in a back tooth that became absolutely unbearable. I was desperate to get into the dentist, I called around town and many offices were closed and couldn't help me. Dr Brian not only got back to me immediately, he took my situation seriously, and called some Endodontists as we both expected I needed a root canal. Those he called couldn't get me help for a few days so he met me at his office the same day for emergency treatment! I was shocked and felt so truly blessed! Dr Brian was so kind and gentle and didn't make me feel bad at all for neglecting my teeth, he was only concerned about relieving my pain and putting me at ease. He explained what he was doing and what to expect and gave me options to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. The Three Sixty Dental offices are beautiful and so welcoming. Upon entering the front waiting room you are taken away to a beautiful mountainside oasis with actual running water in rock fountains that run throughout the office. The treatment rooms have the latest technology and they are spotless and comfortable. Dr. Brian Edwards went out of his way to help me and it was honestly the best dental experience I have ever had. He even called me later that evening to make sure my pain was managed and I was feeling better.
