The Music in the store isn't exactly to everyones taste mostly being heavier rock numbers but if you can put up with it for a few minutes you normally pick up some good deals. The staff are often helpful and will normally replace cd cases etc should they be in poor condition, the only thing being that you do sometimes get the occasional that seems like they would rather be sticking pins i their eyes then serving you.

So today I went to trade in my netbook, had to make two trips as I wasn't aware you had to bring in…read moreID, so once I finally got everything I needed I was told 'testing' would take 2 hours, I waited two hours in town then went back expecting the testing to be finished, but no it hadn't they said the charger cable which I had used the day before and they checked before it went into there hands was now broken, they said it was my fault but how as the cashier checked it before they denied any accusations as the cable has clearly been cut, they said it must have been damaged in transport but I think I have enough intelligence to not store a netbook and cables with sharp objects. Absolutely awful. I gave in my phone to get the screen fixed a month ago, and still haven't gotten…read moreit back. In addition to this, they've managed to break the phone even worse than it was when I handed it in, and refuse to refund me for it. I either have to take it back and pay even more to get it fixed somewhere else, due to the new problem THEY created, or wait for them to finally get their act together and repair the phone. They refuse to give me a date for when this will happen, and don't respond to any of my emails. Every time I go in, they just say they'll call me, despite the fact they have my phone. They have for a month, and I am now paying my contract for essentially nothing. Avoid at all costs. You'll regret getting them to 'fix' anything.
