Professional. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Hard-working. Efficient…read more If these are qualities you are looking for in a company to repair or replace your gutter system and/or roof, look no further! Pittsabana's team is all of this and more! From the first call to receive a free estimate through to completion, Maria, Ivan and the Pittsabana team were a pure delight to work with. Their knowledgeable and professional service made the potential headache of major home repairs dissolve. I initially contracted Pitttsabana to remove the ineffective box gutters from my 1900 home that had been poorly repaired in what some might call a 'fix and flip'. I called for the estimate on a Friday of a holiday weekend and Ivan showed up first thing Monday morning to take drone imaging of the gutters in order to provide the most accurate estimate. I was provided two estimates: one to repair the existing box gutters and another to remove them and install a seamless aluminum gutter system. In the end, I chose the second. However, upon removing the box gutters, Ivan' team gained access to the attic for the first time as I have no internal access and discovered considerable water damage, NO Insulation, and shingles slapped on top of other shingles to hide the actual state of the roof!! (No wonder my gas/electric bills were so high!) Ivan contacted me immediately with images and knowledge of how to go about fixing the roof, and again I was provided with multiple options to choose from. Ivan was willing to come to the house and patiently walk me through my options, explaining the differences between the plans, as much of this was new to me. This allowed me to pick the plan that best fit both my aesthetic and my budget! Ivan's team arrived early every day, worked diligently, and adapted their work schedule to meet the needs of my family (ending earlier than they otherwise would have one day). They thoroughly cleaned the area every day to ensure that my yard was safe for my dogs. AND they went above and beyond, fixing some 'poorly flipped' items they discovered along the way! By the time all was said and done, I have a functioning gutter system, a STUNNING new roof with proper ventilation, properly lined and capped chimneys, and a crew I would consider friends! 20/10!

Definitely love and trust this company. Wife and husband lead the small business (wife is…read morephenomenal at scheduling and communication, husband is an excellent thoughtful roofer). Always respond promptly with small or large projects (replaced roof on my garage and then later areas on my main house roof-that had been done before i bought it). Quotes very reasonable.

High winds blew vinyl siding…read moreoff of my house and multiple inspectors told me it was irreparable without looking like an obvious patch job. I got four estimates for replacing the whole damaged surface with new siding. It wasn't enough to justify raising my homeowner's insurance rate, so I was out of pocket. Bucco's wasn't the lowest bid, but it was near the lowest bid, and I felt like they were the most dependable and trustworthy option. I am very happy with my decision. They got all the work done in one day, it looks great, they cleaned up, and all the paperwork was online and automated. Timelines were reasonable and communication was excellent. They got the dumpster picked up early the next business day. I would hire Bucco's again.

I had them install a new roof and gutters on my house last summer. The roof wasn't leaking or having problems just getting old. I had 4" overhangs along the sides of the existing roof. When they were installing the new roof, they informed me that they don't usually do overhangs anymore and asked to remove them. They are the professionals not me so I said okay. In the winter I do get icicles on the dormer but have never had a problem with the water getting into the house. This winter I had a small amount of ice buildup, much smaller than in the past. Because the overhangs were removed the ice reached the fascia and water was able to get behind it and leak into the house. I contacted Buccos roofing and they sent someone to look at it. They said I needed to add a gutter along the dormer to try and keep the ice from getting to the fascia. This is not an ideal solution, but I guess its workable. I was then told I would have to pay for this even though they are the ones that created the problem. They keep saying the roof was installed correctly and it is not there fault. If for over 20 years I have not had water get in then all the sudden it does because the overhangs are gone I would say it's there fault.

I had an excellent experience with Al at Three rivers roofing. I bought our home just this year and…read moredespite its roof being relatively new, it was leaking and I had shingles detaching. Al came out promptly and his estimate was fair and he took the time to explain the details of what was wrong with my roof and what repairs were needed. He had his crew out to fix the roof within 48 hrs, and they were done within a day. The roof was fixed and I had no more issues with leaks. I let it go over the winter before leaving this review so I could see how the work held up and I am quite satisfied. Project came in within budget. Excellent experience

Very poor experience with Al and Three Rivers Contracting. I recently hired Three Rivers to fix a…read moreroof leak that was allowing water to enter my home. I'll provide a very detailed account of the experience below for people who are considering hiring Three Rivers Contracting, but the short version is they told me it would cost $3,650 to fix the water issue. They completed the work but the issue is completely unresolved. Three Rivers Contracting and Al refuse to address the issue and have taken my money without doing what they were hired to do. Very shady business. I called Al to discuss getting a quote for a roof leak that was allowing water to enter my main bedroom. Al was kind and prompt in setting up a time to inspect the roof and provide a quote. About a week later Al stated he had gotten up on the roof and suggested some repairs that would cost between $3500-$4000 depending on the final cost of materials. I asked if this would resolve the water issue (as this was the entire purpose of getting the work done) and Al said it would. A few weeks later I called Al back and agreed to hire him for the job. Al wasn't able to start the repairs for a few weeks because of rainy weather in the area, which was understandable. A few days later I sent Al photos of the damage the water was causing inside and asked if he knew where we were in terms of scheduling because the water damage was getting worse. Al said we would be the next job as soon as there is a clear day and even provided a couple of suggestions to mitigate the water damage in the meantime. It's clear that the only reason I was getting the work done was to stop the water leak. As promised, a worker came by a few days later and completed the work. The work took less than a full day. Al came by the following day to pick up a check for the work and said we should be good to go and to call if there were any issues as the work comes with a 1-year warranty. After the next rainstorm I noticed water still coming in all of the same spots as before. I sent Al a text message to let him know the issue was still happening and he gave me a call to discuss. Al advised there could be issues with the siding or maybe an issue with another totally separate portion of the roof. This was quite a surprise as this was NEVER mentioned before. The job was sold as $3,650 to fix the water leak, NOT $3,650 and it might fix it, it might not. I don't know anything about roofs so I trusted what Al told me. Al then went on to tell me the contractor who remodeled the house prior to me purchasing the property should fix this and I should take it up with them or the home inspector? He went on to say he hates working on these "flip" homes because they are all junk, etc. Maybe that's true, I don't know, but why would you not review this before agreeing to the job. Instead they took my money and didn't fix the problem. Three Rivers has been extremely unaccountable and have done nothing but blame the previous owners of the home and home inspector. I don't understand how this is relevant since they were hired to fix the leak and they didn't fix the leak at all. Now I'm out thousands of dollars and have to find someone else to fix the leak. Absolutely awful experience. Avoid at all costs.
