I switched over to this vet a few months ago and then we discovered that my 11 yr old Shih Tzu had bladder stones which required surgery to remove. You can imagine my worry....she is my baby. The staff at Three Rivers was so caring, so patient, and imparted so much expertise that I left her for surgery feeling nothing but confident. They sent photos of her during pre-op, contacted me as soon as the procedure was done, and then Dr. Audibert contacted me to explain the procedure and how she did. Then, they asked me to bring her back the following day so that she could be observed. My little Tzu shows no worry when we get to the vet. She is comfortable and not scared at all. This tells me what her handling is like when she's there. I highly recommend Three Rivers Animal Hospital. They are amazing.

nd i paid and get the docs when i went to the airport all the docs they gave to me is wrong so i slept one night in Houston to fix the docs so i went to another Vet in Houston coz i drove to there to fly from there to Jordan, and when i came back and i showed them everything wrong they did and asked them to get my money back and they said they can't and am like thats fine, and its end up in a couple weeks i went there coz my dogs has an allergy so they gave them a shot and medicine and it didn't work so i went back a week after and they gave me another medicine and it didn't work too so i went there a couple days ago and they gave them another medicine and food to take it home, every time i went there they charged me $40 for each dog office visit plus the medicine to take home everytime almost $400 so the last time i refused to pay the office visit fees which's the $80 and i didnt take any medicine from them coz they just trying medicine on my dogs. they baaaaaaaaaaad no one go there they will keep trying things on your pet to take money

Highly recommend PetSuites Northshore. Every time Blondie has been there she is handled with care…read more Sure she goes in nervous and you have to pull her but she is anti social and a homebody. Last year during Christmas travels Blondie stayed and got sick from anxiety and they cared for her and treated her and when we returned she was happy and healthy and she is always happy to see us, but runs back to the staff for love before she leaves. She has been in multiple times for baths and nail trimming and always comes back pretty and primmed. Highly recommended!

Extremely Disappointed - Do Better for the Animals!…read more I'm heartbroken and furious about the treatment my dogs received at Pet Suites in Covington. I paid for day play for three days, and they didn't receive it. Malibu was supposed to be given medication in capsule form--he needed two every 12 hours--but only one was missing from the bottle when I picked them up. That's completely unacceptable. Even worse, when I brought them home, their urine was extremely dark and acidic, a clear sign they were not properly hydrated. It's horrifying to think they were left with little to no water in their kennels. I was told that Finn, my German Shepherd, was "vocal." He's a dog--of course he needs engagement and playtime, especially since I paid extra for that very thing. It's beyond frustrating to think he was ignored or punished for simply being a dog. What's most upsetting is the lack of professionalism. Everyone I spoke to seemed young, untrained, and completely overwhelmed. It's obvious the business is being run by people who either aren't qualified or simply don't care. My pets are family, and they deserve to be treated as such--not neglected and mistreated. Please, if you're considering this place--do your homework. Check the cameras, ask questions (and pay attention to how inconsistent the answers are), and trust your gut. My babies can't speak, so I'm speaking up for them. No animal should go through what they went through. Also not to mention they kept stating they were "short staffed" which is why every dog got let out but my two. DO NOT DO IT!! I wish I could not leave a rating or give an option to shut it down. I posted on Nextdoor my experience and oh MY did people have some things to say about them. Next up is getting ahold of city hall and corporate.
