Service is so friendly - they both didn't stop smiling the whole time we were there. The choices were outstanding! Chocolate, cookies, lemon bars and brownies. We bought orange and raspberry sticks, chocolate Carmel brownie, peanut butter fudge and some of the best divinity fudge w've ever had! It's a cute little building and store with places to eat and have coffee inside. Well worth the 10-15 minute drive from Newport. Much better to us than the candy shops at the bay front or near the aquarium. Will definitely be back.

**Flavor:** Midnight Chocolate Truffle unicornbow…read more **Rating:** 4.5/5 stars The moment I scooped this Midnight Chocolate Truffle into my bowl, I knew I was in for something extraordinary. The color is impossibly dark - a rich, velvety brown that seems to absorb light rather than reflect it. The texture is perfection itself - smooth yet substantial, with none of the icy crystallization that plagues lesser chocolate ice creams. The first spoonful delivers an immediate cocoa explosion that's both intense and nuanced. This isn't your childhood chocolate ice cream. The flavor profile evolves dramatically as it melts on your tongue - starting with a bold, slightly bitter dark chocolate note, then mellowing into something creamier with hints of espresso and vanilla. The finish reveals subtle notes of cherry and almond that linger pleasantly. What truly sets this ice cream apart are the truffle pieces scattered throughout - not too many, not too few. These decadent morsels provide textural contrast and concentrated bursts of chocolate flavor that elevate the experience from merely delicious to transcendent. My only complaint? At $9.99 per pint, it's definitely a splurge. But for special occasions or when you need to reset your chocolate standards, this is absolutely worth the investment. Would I buy it again? Already have. Twice. Have you tried any exceptional chocolate ice creams lately? I'm always looking for recommendations to expand my frozen dessert horizons.

The fact of the matter is their aperitifs and dessert wines were excellent, and the service was even better! Staff was very knowledgable about the wines and the history of the area. The bridge is picturesque, perfect backdrop for pictures :) oh and the gentleman serving us and providing the tour also happened to be a photographer, so we obviously got some good pictures ;) Even if your not a fan of the dessert wines, I wouldn't suggest skipping over this place. The cherry on top is his wine is delicious!! I loved his Pinot Gris, rose and blush and my husband loved his "Dijon" Pinot noir. It's super easy to get to and a beautiful drive. It's 15-20 minutes to Corvallis which is great for us since our son is at OSU. We love that they are a Harvest Host location. When we got there, we went into the tasting room and they directed us the best place to park. After we got set up, we got a couple bottles of wine, brought some snacks from our rig and played bocci ball on the court they have, then just sat back and relaxed on the patio. We will definitely be back!! Love the location, the view and the hospitality!! And Dan got a new wine club member out of my father in law.
