In addition to that we changed the footprint of our kitchen by tearing down a ledge bar and adding a flat granite countertop along with a new back splash. Overall the project took about 5 weeks (give or take) with a couple of bumps but not anything major. The staff (Randy, Derrick, Jim, Hector) were very responsive and it was finally completed! I would recommend Anova overall as we also learned several surprises during our remodel, the floor and toilet was included as well as the granite. We were ready to pay for all but were surprised and thankful after all said and done. Matt and his staff made billing easy, I only had to worry 2 checks and they split the payment up over time and the other times we paid we used a cashless system which was awesome!!! (I don't write enough checks to remember how). Overall 4 out of 5. Thank you!!!

He made the whole process a breeze and got our house sold for over asking within a week of it being on the market. We really put him through the wringer this time around while home searching. We were being really picky and saw an incredible amount of homes all over the triangle and Tim was always willing to set up a showing and walk us through each one with such detail no matter how far his drive. We really appreciated that he offered his opinion on pricing and what he would do in our position. We've now worked with Tim for both selling and buying during the real estate process and we'd recommend him for both to anyone we know! Also a side note, I don't think he sleeps because he's ALWAYS available. Text or email him at an odd hour and you'll get a surprisingly quick response which is always an added bonus.

We built a relationship with Miranda because she is a easy intelligent person open to communication. She is a good listener in every way, going above and beyond her duties.
