The last time they came at my house was in the winter the tech spent most (about a half hour) of his time trying to sell me on products before he decided to get the furnace running again. My neighbour paid a lot for her furnace and the add ons and the soda ash compartment connection, that they did, failed and they wanted $149 just to show up at the door. They started as customer service orientated and when they got popular, like everything else, greed came first and customer caring second. They eventually refunded the service plan but no relief on the other unauthorized, unnecessary and overcharged work. Beware of this company and their tactics.
