The last time they came at my house was in the winter the tech spent most (about a half hour) of his time trying to sell me on products before he decided to get the furnace running again. My neighbour paid a lot for her furnace and the add ons and the soda ash compartment connection, that they did, failed and they wanted $149 just to show up at the door. They started as customer service orientated and when they got popular, like everything else, greed came first and customer caring second. City Inspector inspector came twice and informs me that the furnace is not running to code. Tried my best to explain it to them and asked them to call the city inspector. They send me a consulting fee of 168$. They inform me that they charge consulting fees to review concerns of the city inspector. I paid the 168$.

To make a long story short, I had three appointments booked that were cancelled and rescheduled. After one appointment i was left with 5 leaks in my boiler system. By the time everything was said and done I'd spent $1200, got some new parts and my boiler works exactly the same. My thermostats still do not call for heat, initial problem not solved. On the positive side, the boiler set up does look cleaner now, my technician was very nice, and my boiler room floor looks great after I cleaned up all the water left by the leaks. I'll re-post if anything gets resolved
