It was a great job and reasonably priced. The day of the pour the owner had a suggestion that altered the lay out. Not only was the design change a perfect recommendation that didn't cost me additional cost but created a very special outcome. A responsive company that delivers.

We have consulted with 3 other companies explaining that this is a result of putting our new floor over an existing surface. So, now both floors will need to be removed before a new can be installed properly. After posting this review Zack Coleman decided to address the situation not with me, but with my husband and assumed a tattle tale position. He also called my Husband a liar, stating a conversation never took place regarding us paying another 3k to install a new floor. This unprofessionalism will not be tolerated and I'm moving on to the BBB with an additional review. The company cares only about the star rating and not about the sh$t job floor sitting in my house. Zack you should be ashamed of your professional ethics and others should know how you conduct business before choosing to spend their money on this ridiculousness. All of our flooring was purchased through Coleman's flooring and they have made zero attempt to take financial responsibility for their mistake, Zack continues to spin this very inaccurate and unfortunate story in his favor. We have attempted to call the business and salesperson multiple times however they fail to give a direct answer as to when the installation will take place. The last attempt was on Monday, August 10th in which I spoke with one of their schedulers to get a time. She stated that they were waiting on the sliding door and that she would email me with an update, I once again received no correspondence. I feel like the company took our money and forgot about us, I would like to have the installation date set within the next two weeks. Absolutely no communication.... Let me start this out as-twenty+ years ago we had Gleave Construction install fencing for our yard…read morearound our Victorian Italianate home. They were extremely helpful in recommending/supplying modern products that would meet both current building codes and our Historic Review Board approvals . Their expert installation looked marvelous. Over the years it has continued to look and function extremely well and stood the test of time... Much to our dismay, in December of 2025, an in-attentive driver jumped the curb & sidewalk to remove a large portion of the front facing fence. Gleave Construction came to our rescue. With the utmost care and professional workmanship they were able to make a perfect repair of our property. That said, in-spite of having to deal with the Huntington lime stone shards & bedrock, they were able to remove the damaged posts that were set in concrete. And reset new posts and fencing as needed. This included custom fabricating/matching materials used 20 years ago. We could not be more pleased with the valuable services provided by Gleave Construction personnel- the owners, the office staff AND the installers are wonderful people to work with.

Still have issues. I filed with Noble County building department and they sent them a Notice. Schmucker only came back and did bits and pieces on Repair not the whole notification issue. Do not believe it's an Amish installation crew or have any Amish quality craftsmanship.

Hired to concrete our driveway. Assured us they could deal with the slope and get water away from…read morethe house. But they didn't. Rain water flows to the house and the garage. It took less than a year for the concrete to form a 4ft long crack right where the water puddles. The owner of Wilmer Concrete claimed he'd come out to look when I told him water flows to the house and not away from the house like its suppose to. But Ryan Wilmer was a no show. Never came out. Almost a year later I emailed about the crack in the concrete. He said he'd come out. But he never arrived. Now the black fiberboard used to separate the old concrete from the new concrete he poured has dissolved. Rain water flows from the driveway to the garage and into the gap. It just drains somewhere under the concrete. I tried to fill it with foam and silicone but it's a poor substitute for a job well done.

Their work has been excellent. Their prices very reasonable and we always let them determine when the best time to do it is. They are very nice, very considerate and get the job done fast, unless weather jumps in a day or two with rain, then they come right back and it is done quickly. We have always given them a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them.
