The best sausage I've ever tasted, and as for the steak it cut like butter and was so full of flavour, I've all ready placed my next order.

The shop is split into 2 levels, with the supplements and cosmetics side of things upstairs and mainly food downstairs. There is also a little independant health therapist office upstairs. The lady that works in there is lovely. She does my Nan's feet all the time and comes highly recommended. The main reason that I go in there is for the occasional vegan treats that they have, which are a wide range of faux meats and cheeses, dairy free cheesecakes and ice cream and mixes/spreads. The sales staff I never find to be very accomodating, I have to be honest. A couple of them have been quite snippy with me before, but you can't be too picky about where you shop when barely anywhere in the area stocks things that you can eat! Overall the range of goods wins, thumbs up.

I am a regular here as they stock local honey (which is meant to be good for hayfever!) The shop is huge and I often find I spend a lot longer in there than anticipated. I visited with my mum last week as we wanted to stock up with some yummy health food goodies and grab some supplements. They carry a lot of general food and health food items - stocking items I can't manage to find anywhere else (Oat Bran) and having a wide choice within each range. Upstairs they also have a health beauty department. The staff are polite and fairly friendly. The only drawback is having to spend over £5 to use your card. My mom wasn't offered her OAP discount either - make sure you ask!

They have a good selection of products pre checked so if your vegan u don't have to check the label. The reason why I gave 1 Star is because the lady at the counter said she's pro vegan and she's an extremist vegan (her words) so she blurted all this crap out and questioned why I ate meat and wore leather. I was gonna buy some items but felt like I have having someone else's beliefs shoved down my throat and I walked out. Never will I go back in here again!

The new owners have taken everything we love about One Earth and given it a new lease of life, with lots of new products I have never seen on sale in Birmingham before For example the amount of cheese they stock is ridiculous and certainly 100% Vegan's strong point. I picked up some Vio Life olive slices last Saturday which I am excited about trying on my lunch shortly! As someone who is newly diagnosed with a wheat intolerance, I found so many items in store that I had I was allowed to have and found impossible to buy anywhere else. Examples include, wheat free biscuits, miso, cereals, flour and Hendersons relish!!!! I have looked everywhere for that in Birmingham and at last found it! 100% Vegan stock a massive range of pastries and cakes made locally which you cannot resist picking up when you visit, I have been to many Vegan stores across the country and what I haven't seen is genuine special offers. Not things going out of date "offers" but proper ones. I spotted quite a few in 100% Vegan last Saturday. I am a massive bargain hunter so was so pleased! With The Warehouse Café next door going from strength to strength, I am sure that 100% Vegan will be very successful over the next year. Go pay them a visit!

I'm usually in here for breadcrumbs, falafel mix, vegetarian burger mix, tahini, and my new favourite-Gits' ready meals. No giggling at the back! These are Indian-made authentic boil-in-the-bag vegetarian meals that are ready in 4 minutes and are as ideal for a lunchtime treat at home as they are for festivals and/or camping. The longer I stay in here the more things I'll see and buy, which I'm happy with, as I save loads by buying my basics at small supermarkets, so I can spend more on proper luxury! Like Belgian chocolate cups that you can use as the basis for bite-size desserts, or for liquors. And pavlova bases to pile Summer fruits on for a pudding to share. In the chilled cabinet are cooked meats and cheeses. At the counter you can buy Iranian sweets and a box of cigarettes. Nima is traditional, exotic and friendly. As it's one of Moseley's most long-standing independents, it also feels righteous to shop here. You'll appreciate the foods and they'll appreciate your custom.

They have a wonderful choice of cheeses and cold meats and some really great pasta that I have trouble getting elsewhere. The place has a wonderful atmosphere too which makes you unaware whether its 2014 or 1954. I really love this place but I am scared that unless people use it they will suffer at the hands of the 'big boys'. Support deli's like this, they are a rare and wonderful thing.
