I sent a text back saying not interested. 3 days later they call my phone and start yelling all kinds of nasty stuff at me. I hung up on them several times. Then they started texting me saying I know where you live and I'm coming to hurt your family. They sent these texts from their business number. I filed a police report.

With flashing lights to entice passers by, Fone Zone rather reminded me of what the Gadget Shop used to do to me. The use of flashin LEDs is clearly something that really reaches out to me, for some reason. I had to take a closer look. Whether their business methods are legit or not, I'm not questioning, but they sell mobile phones, offer unlocking services, sell chargers and bluetooth hands-free headsets, memory cards for your digital camera, and last but by no means least, FASCIAS! This made me smile, as I found myself drifting back to having my first Nokia, thinking it cool to whack a luminous tacky plastic cover on it to express my individuality! Fone Zone is a great thing to have. If you do end up ever needing your phone unlocked, just to know where your local 'phone unlocker' is, I deem, very useful!

The office space is lovely and clean and tidy so a good first impression when you walk in. It's rare to find a mobile phone repair shop that you can trust not to rip you off these days. Adrian the repair engineer was not only polite, cheerful and helpful, but really knew his stuff too. Lovely guy. He went that extra mile for me and now I definitely won't need to go anywhere else for phone repairs and will be recommending Angel to friends & family. Due to the nature of the problem we thought my phone probably needed a couple of parts replacing, but when Adrian took it apart he saw it only needed a good clean up which cost a lot less. I wouldn't have known any different if he hadn't been so honest - some people would have taken advantage. Thank you so much! My phone looks like new & is working perfectly.
