The worst thing is, is that they gave advice to my specialist cleaner and then when the colour ran following their advice... they changed their website and lied about it!!! Bloody disgraceful.... greedy owner!!! We have evidence of these things to take it to court but I just want a quick resolution and my money back. I have given them 3 months to sort it out... the owner has not returned one call and they have my £185....they promised me a replacement before 20.9.18... no surprises that it never arrived, and no further engagement from them?? I no longer want a replacement as the event for which it was purchased had passed... they had 4 weeks notice of this.. Anyone got any advice on the best way to resolve this.... I really don't need the stress, but want to make sure no one else receives this level of hideous customer service. Meanwhile.... avoid at all costs!!!

They…read morecould do with more space as it's a small shop and always busy, yiou wouldn't really want to go in there with a pram! A fairly good selection of clothes though I never seem to buy anything in there as you're too likely to see someone else in the same outfit on a night out. The footwear section is comparitively quite large though I'm not a big fan of their shoes and think you get better design for the same price elsewhere. They tend to do nice jewellery which is really all I buy from here nowadays, people don't really notice if you're wearing the same bracelet as another girl. An ok shop but it really does depend on what you are wanting to buy.

They have some really good quality clothes in the latest fashions and at really good prices, especially with a student discount card! I love the accessories, so much choice and so cheap. They have a decent shoe section too with some cool styles and some lovely handbags! They have a maternity section, quite limited but at least it's there. There are loads of changing rooms and lots of friendly helpful staff.

What's most revealing about Pudsey is that despite being one of the slightly larger towns, and I suppose middle sized compared to most, in Leeds it really only seems to have independent shops when it comes to fashion. This is a really nice element to Pudsey, I much prefer a rootsy array of small businesses to the big brands, but here is where it can also fail me. Sadly enough of the two ladies' wear shops in Otley, this being the second one I found, neither had anything much that I particularly liked. Don't get me wrong, the items in Lady Grande are lovely, but not to my taste. Lady Grande has plenty of sparkle and vivacity, just not in my direction. There were some lovely chunky funky necklaces, huge 80s style brooches, beaded purses, animal print clothing (zebra, leopard etc), huge heart shaped pendent necklaces, neck scarves, dresses - literally tons of lovely clothing - it's just a shame that I didn't find anything to suit me. Sure enough though, everything in there seemed to be at a bargainous price, so not all is lost!
