The turnaround time was great and definitely met our needs for the amount of shirts we needed a short timeframe. An invoice is sent via email and can be fulfilled online or at pick up. The pick up process was very smooth! Paid in the store and I believe the owner loaded my car. Everyone was so nice! The shirts looked great and we were extremely satisfied. Pros: - low to no wait to get service -multiple dressing rooms so you can try things on as they are helping others - they do offer excellent work - timelines provided are accurate - couple is courteous, helpful, and thorough in their recommendations. Always happy to support a family business. - large parking lot so never any issues getting in I only have one con but it is it important. They are the most expensive place I have tried in the area, that includes alteration shops by the lake and in forest acres. I would say they are $1-$5 higher on every single service than anyone else in the area. If the location and the speed of turn around is more important that you might be okay with it, but for me, I would only use them as a last resort. The work is good but not worth the extra ticket costs, for me, when others off the exact same level of service.

When he dropped it off, he was given a pink pickup slip that clearly stated to pick it up after 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. I planned my entire day around that pickup time. Before heading over, I checked Google, which showed they closed at 6:00 p.m., so I thought everything was fine. Thankfully, I decided to call just to confirm. That's when I was told they actually closed at 4:00 p.m. I explained that my pickup slip specifically said after 4:00 p.m., and the response was that the jacket had already been finished around 2:45 p.m. Because of the conflicting information, I had to cut my family time short and rush across town to make it before they closed. Had I not called, I would have made an unnecessary trip based on the instructions they provided. Communication is one of the most important parts of running a business, especially when customers are traveling long distances. I came in this Thursday morning 14May2026 they said they have to get the hoodie from somewhere and that it'll be done at 1530. I walk in at 1530 on the dot it wasn't ready and they had to press it when I walked in. Misspelled my name and wouldn't fix it or refund it. Absolutely a circus fest. They also said they would deliver the order to my BN, but that never happened either probably because they didn't have it ready. The products themselves are fine, but between the delays, poor communication, and customer service, I'd recommend going somewhere else like local alterations shops like Gate 2 Alterations on Forrest Drive for uniforms or Etsy sellers if you want reliability and professionalism. Take that "In by 10 out by 5" off your sign. False advertisement.
