Very disappointed second time around. My first experience was good - product was as ordered, although it took over a month.
Second time - not so good. I ordered an adjustable hat with two words embroidered on it. Both words were on the order form. They ended up crossing out one word (the) on the order form, so it was missing from the completed product. I asked them to fix the hat. It took another month or so, but they added the word "the". Unfortunately, the writing overlaps with the rest of the writing on the hat, so it is illegible and just looks sloppy. In addition, instead of using an adjustable hat, they used a flex fit hat (basically a large hat with an elastic headband). Not something that will be worn by the person I ordered this for.
The lady at the counter knew I wasn't happy (I told her several times). She was sweet but not really helpful. I paid, took the hat, left, and tossed the hat as it is no good to me. Done with this company. read more
