The beautician who worked on my brows was kind enough to ask if it was my first time getting my brows tinted, and worked with me accordingly regarding the shades based on how long I keep on a henna tint. Poojah (spell check the name) is the Tech/Manager at this branch. It's safe to say I adore her and her skills. I showed her the pic I usually showed new Techs and after a consultation of my own brows, she directed me on how we could achieve the look. I've had 'brow techs I've reviewed on how gentle their service was but! Nothing prepared me for Poojah's skills! About five minutes in, I saw her bringing a mirror for me to check and was taken back because I didn't realize she was finished. I FELT NOTHING. I barely felt her hands around my 'brow area and I thought the consultation was still happening. If pain is your deterrent for getting your 'brows threaded, I encourage you to give Poozar (and I'm assuming any other branches owned by Rhea) a chance. Plus she's so kind! The shop is clean and had a faint scent of burning incense (love that!) December 31st 2024 and my thread cost $15. Booking through Yelp, seamless. I even got my loyalty card so ya know...
