I have been using this company for over a year now and my experience with them has been almost…read moreperfect. They are thorough, friendly, and they take initiative. My family recently got a dog. They treated for any possible fleas and ticks in my yard and I love the thoughtfulness! Any time I call for in between maintenance, it's quick and the problem is fixed. After heavy rains, the bugs find their way in, but I call when I see them and after treatment, the problem is solved. My technicians today were so above and beyond, I needed to write about them! Tyler was one of them, and there was another gentleman assisting him. They are both fabulous! My one negative was a tech who months ago, knocked on my door so gently I didn't hear even though I had no other noise in my house at the time. I saw him drive up, but most of the time, they do a little paperwork while sitting in their truck before coming to knock at the door. I took something upstairs, and when I went back downstairs, he was gone. When I called to ask why the tech drove away, he ended up coming up with numerous excuses as to why he couldn't come back.
