I wanted to get the framing done at a small, local business opposed to a big box store and was recommended to Martin's Frame and Art by a friend. I called to setup a time to discuss options and met with the owner Cindy. Cindy was super sweet and very helpful. You could tell she has been in the business for a while as she is super knowledgeable, but still has passion for making beautiful things which was lovely. I had no idea what to expect as far as cost. But she worked with me based on my budget. She did have some premade frames in the store, which is cheaper than building a frame, that I ended up being able to use on two of my three pieces. The other had to have a frame built, but she had many options of various costs to pick from. My total ended up well under what I had budgeted in my head. My order was done in just under two weeks, which was much quicker than her original estimate. I am very happy with final product. Nice clean looks and the artwork really pops in the frames we chose. She also included the materials to help with wall hanging which was nice. Cindy was very appreciative of my business and me supporting local. From the moment I walked in, I was met with the most genuine and welcoming customer service from Erica and Patricia, who turned what could have been a routine shopping trip into an inspiring and unforgettable experience.
