It was a whole situation with me and these people were so patient with me because I had to figure out how to get a rental car and figure out how to get back to get my car when the part actually does come in and coordinating with him and kind of having to abandon my vacation because of this-it was a lot for one day and I cried several times because I was stranded and by myself. I worked out a plan to pick up my car hopefully at the end of this week and I'm just really thankful they were so accommodating and so kind. I know that they are very honest because my battery light had come on and I turned my car off hoping it would turn off or it was just a glitch or something, but it came on and an error message came on, and I looked up on the Internet what the problem probably was and the diagnosis they gave me for my car was exactly what the error I had gotten said was wrong.

Fortunately, we were staying right down the street from Cottam's Auto Service, and they were able to get us in and fix the leak first thing this morning, for what I felt was a very fair price. So far, so good; we're in Vegas, 350 miles and half way home, and the fix is holding. During the shaking we experienced on those roads, one of our headlight bulbs went out. Unfortunately, Cottam's didn't have the bulb. While friendly enough during my visit, it's very clear (in your face in more ways than one) what the proprietor's political leanings are.
