So I offered to come get the batteries as I had plans during the week. I was given a little of a hard time, offered no discount for doing the service they were supposed to provide. Then to top it off they keep MY battery carrier, so $15 dollars and two skinned knuckles later I installed the batteries. Instead of saving a few bucks, it cost me more Why do I continue to trust people?? I can't remember the last time someone was honest....

We were about to cancel the transaction when they finally delivered it to us. In December 2025 the GPS screen was not working, we called and were notified they were not carrying that brand anymore but would order the screen as it was still under warranty. By the end of January we went in to see what the status was and they still had not received the screen but assured us they would call when it was delivered. Now at the end of March and we have not heard from anyone. We had to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket to get a new screen. Would not recommend Caddy Carts as they are not trustworthy and do not honor contracts.

We wanted an Evolution and visited MULTIPLE dealers before finding Ryan at Cart City. In all of our homework through the Evolution Facebook pages, it sounded as if WHO you bought from was more important than the cart you choose. If your dealer doesn't stand behind warranty work, you are out of luck. Important to note that one of the largest FB Evolution sites is run by a local dealer (NOT Cart City), so you see the competitions name constantly splashed on that site in a positive manner. Word of mouth in our community had horror stories about the "other" dealers (see below), so we added Cart City to our visits due to the many positives we heard from friends and neighbors. Ryan at Cart City was such a wonderful person. Not pushy at all, he readily explained the difference between Cart City and other dealerships. Matt's Custom Carts was a smidge less expensive, but hearing negatives from neighbors that bought from Matt's made us walk away from their showy sales pitch. After determining exactly what we wanted, Ryan spent over an hour detailing every aspect of the cart. There was zero pressure to buy (which was refreshing!) and I felt good because Cart City has been around forever. In our community of 1400 homes, Cart City is HIGHLY regarded for their customer service after the sale (when you need it most!) Cart was delivered exactly exactly the time they said it would be to our home. Further, every concern that I heard about Evolution carts was addressed by Cart City. They have a massive predelivery inspection that each cart goes through - something that cannot be said for all dealerships. Cart City was not "showy" with cute nicknames of employees or bragging sales people like the competition. They were honest folks that WANT you to be happy with your purchase. We could not be happier with our Evolution classic. With their superior customer service, I have no doubt that if we run into issues, Cart City will stand behind the cart and the warranty. If you're looking for an Evolution, golf cart, do yourself a favor and head to Cart City after you visited the competition. Trust me, you will thank me for this advice!

The cart looked as if it were brand new and if it had just came off of the showroom floor, but actually it was a 2015 cart as I had requested. Even more surprisingly it was very reasonably priced. The two gentlemen I dealt with couldn't have provided better NO pressure service!
