We wanted an Evolution and visited MULTIPLE dealers before finding Ryan at Cart City. In all of our homework through the Evolution Facebook pages, it sounded as if WHO you bought from was more important than the cart you choose. If your dealer doesn't stand behind warranty work, you are out of luck. Important to note that one of the largest FB Evolution sites is run by a local dealer (NOT Cart City), so you see the competitions name constantly splashed on that site in a positive manner. Word of mouth in our community had horror stories about the "other" dealers (see below), so we added Cart City to our visits due to the many positives we heard from friends and neighbors. Ryan at Cart City was such a wonderful person. Not pushy at all, he readily explained the difference between Cart City and other dealerships. Matt's Custom Carts was a smidge less expensive, but hearing negatives from neighbors that bought from Matt's made us walk away from their showy sales pitch. After determining exactly what we wanted, Ryan spent over an hour detailing every aspect of the cart. There was zero pressure to buy (which was refreshing!) and I felt good because Cart City has been around forever. In our community of 1400 homes, Cart City is HIGHLY regarded for their customer service after the sale (when you need it most!) Cart was delivered exactly exactly the time they said it would be to our home. Further, every concern that I heard about Evolution carts was addressed by Cart City. They have a massive predelivery inspection that each cart goes through - something that cannot be said for all dealerships. Cart City was not "showy" with cute nicknames of employees or bragging sales people like the competition. They were honest folks that WANT you to be happy with your purchase. We could not be happier with our Evolution classic. With their superior customer service, I have no doubt that if we run into issues, Cart City will stand behind the cart and the warranty. If you're looking for an Evolution, golf cart, do yourself a favor and head to Cart City after you visited the competition. Trust me, you will thank me for this advice!

They did a great job and returned the cart three days later. I noticed a slight noise and made them aware of it. The noise did get worse after a month or so and I made arrangements for them to pick up the cart and take look. I wasn't sure if this was a new problem or something they had already repaired. Turns out it was a defective part they had installed. This part was replaced and they fixed a couple of other issues they had found. They took care of the bill and delivered the cart in two days. Needless to say, I'm VERY happy with Cart City.

My only complaint is that carts did not have gps on them and 90 degree rule in effect. Worth the drive and greens fees for this venue. Rangers keep everyone moving and 18 holes took around 41/4 hours.
