I wasn't home but left them the key. I was so excited to see everything they did. They did everything I didn't want to, baseboards, windows, oven, tub & shower, dusting & floors. It looked amazing and left me with little to do for several days. I would highly recommend them. They were excellent with my 15 year old dog as well. I will use them again and again.

A TOTAL SCAM!! VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I hired Abby a week in advance to…read morecome clean my apartment before I moved out. The 1BR, 1B apartment was completely empty--all furniture and belongings had already been moved out. I left her alone to clean the apartment, and then 3 hours later I get a text saying she's almost done. The pictures attached below are what I discovered afterwards. They speak for themselves. Listed below are more issues with the experience: 1) She told me her arrival window for my appointment was 10:00AM-11:00AM. She did not show up until 11:30AM. No apology or acknowledgment for being late. I waited for her for an hour and a half. I called her right after 10:00AM asking her arrival time and she said "23 minutes". So that's lie #1. 2) After I took pictures of the mess of the apartment, I texted Abby asking for a refund. *screenshots below* She took over an hour to respond. During this time, I thought she had scammed me so I left a review on here with pictures. Abby initially offered to come back and re-clean (which I didn't want because I didn't want to use her services anymore--just wanted my money back), but after she saw I had left a bad review, she changed her mind and then accused me of trying to "ruin her business and livelihood". I had to remind her that business is not personal, it's business. As soon as she responded, I deleted the review because I thought we could work this out in private. But as you'll see that's not the case. 3) One of the reasons Abby refuses to give me a refund because she "already gave me $60.00 off from the start" because I "seemed nice". I appreciate it, but that wasn't disclosed beforehand nor did I ask for a discount. Only came up after I asked for my money back....hmm... *screenshots below* 4) Abby was insistent on the fact that I should have made her fix all of these things before she left. Even though I didn't want to use her anymore, I saw where she was coming from, so I told her she could keep the money because I didn't speak up initially. This was extremely generous of me considering the state of the apartment. *screenshots below* 5) I had to take off work today to complete the cleaning job (), and while I was cleaning I noticed damage and stains that Abby created while she was there!! She was drinking a red ICE drink, now there's a red drink stain all over my white door. There is a blue stain that looks like it's from a cleaning glove on one of my shelves. And there are scratches on my window sill that were not there before. Since I'm going to have to pay for these things to be repaired myself, I thought for sure it was ok to ask for my money back....wrong. Abby again wants to blame me. *screenshots below* I don't know how many times I have to explain that I don't care if she offered to come back and clean it. I didn't want her to because she already had not done the job that was promised. 6) She claims she cleaned my microwave, stove, wiped all the cabinets, and scrubbed my carpet (1 small BR of carpet) for over 2 hours. PLEASE look at the pictures included of the microwave, stove, and bedroom carpet. Are you kidding me?!? Lies #2, 3, 4, & 5! 7) Abby accuses me of wanting "free work" and even tries to pull the slavery card which is extremely offensive, irrelevant, and inappropriate. I try over and over again to explain to her that that's not the case. If I wanted free work, I would have done it myself from the get go. I have been lied to, scammed, and taken advantage of by this business. There's nothing else I can do except make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else. I don't understand how 3 hours in less than 700 sq ft results in the pictures below. Please safe yourself the trouble and money and use somebody else.

So, I reached out to Cleaning Dezzy through Yelp Quotes. She was already booked for the rest of the week but after sharing my timeline before move-in day, she re-arranged her schedule to help out. Desiree and her daughter did a great job attacking the gunk behind the stove until it was non-existent, and cleaned the rest of the house getting it ready for move-in. She was extremely responsive during the whole process and said if I found anything she missed, she would be happy to come back; for these reasons, she gets 5 glowing Yelp stars from me.

No worries, we called and she said she would turn right back around and re-clean it! An hour later, we called and she said she would come right after multiple job site visits. We tell her to come back and give us a partial refund. After a lot of back and forth and lying, she finally admits she didn't do the job she was paid for and says she'll give us our "damn refund". Another hour later we call and ask her where she is. She tells us she's home... oh wait... at another job site. We ask her exactly what time she'll be over, she says 9-9:30. Keep in mind she said she turned right around at 7... 30 minutes later (8:30) she says her employer said she doesn't have to give us any money since she did her job. She says TaskRabbit... we didn't hire her through TaskRabbit.
