Especially because I initially declined his help as they were busy but he insisted. Inside the store is clean. I've been in at various times of the day and night and someone is always tidying and restocking. The store is currently open but the pumps are down so they can get an upgrade. This has thrown my whole routine off but I'll survive (I went to another gas station and became very aware I'm spoiled by this station's overall cleanliness and appearance) and look forward to see the new pumps!

When you pay at the pump, it is a good bet that there will be no paper in them, so if you want a receipt you have to go insed the station. The car wash does not clean your car properly, no does the time on the dryer work properly. It says you have 10 seconds left, yet it shuts down. Recently I saw a customer and the cashier argue. The customer wasn't the most 'friendly', but the cashier handled it poorly. You never made rude comments to a customer, and provoke them more. Poor customer service, poorly maintained pump! This place has the worst possible rating. If I could give them a 1/4 star, I would!

Case in point, I requested full service interior detailing. upon completion I looked inside the back of the truck to see the floors not vacuumed but floor mats were washed and put in place. I noticed the associate working on the passenger side take the vacuum and took 2 swipes on the front passenger floor then as slowly as possible, put the vacuum hose back in place. I brought this to the attention of the other associate working on the driver side and proceeded to vacuum the entire truck. Kudos to him. Unfortunately, this is the second incident of poor service.
