When you pay at the pump, it is a good bet that there will be no paper in them, so if you want a receipt you have to go insed the station. The car wash does not clean your car properly, no does the time on the dryer work properly. It says you have 10 seconds left, yet it shuts down. Recently I saw a customer and the cashier argue. The customer wasn't the most 'friendly', but the cashier handled it poorly. You never made rude comments to a customer, and provoke them more. Poor customer service, poorly maintained pump!
